The salesman Krajus (pronounced Courageous) was wonderful! His joyful and energetic personality was contagious. I made sure to save and print my deal as well as pay stubs, salary statement and all other information I would need which saved a ton of time at the dealer. In fact, it took longer for them to detail the car than it did for paperwork. I actually ended up waiting for approximately 10 minutes after everything was signed for service to bring the car around, so I would highly recommend taking the time to print everything out before heading there. Total time spent at the dealer was 45 minutes from the time I pulled into the lot to the time I pulled out. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10 experience in my own opinion.

I've never seen a Chevy dealer with as many issues as Scenic Chevrolet. I made an appointment to see this vehicle in the late afternoon. I had allowed my credit report to be pulled prior to the visit. An hour after I arrived I was told the vehicle could not be sold. It needed a leveling kit apparently and would be sent to auction. I didn't even get an apology from management, not the slightest care in the world for wasting my time and dinging my credit report for nothing. I've worked at 3 dealers myself, sold hundreds of cars, no manager I've ever had would let a buyer walk out without at least saying hello. After several "experiences" with their service department and now this I wouldn't buy a set of floor mats from Scenic Chevrolet.
