I spoke with Yuliya at Exclusive MotorCars, and completed my purchase with her. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and prompt when I messaged her beforehand. The test driving/purchasing process was also quick and easy. Yuliya is very knowledgeable about the business, and was willing to look for answers to any questions we had if they were not readily available.

First of all i had talked to a Nate on phone to come in the next day to look at that Exp. So when i come in the next day the car was not brought out or cleaned up! Chip bags on the floor paper and crumbs on floor, filthy! Also the sales man who filled in for Nate,(Nate was out for some reason) didnt even know how to adjust 2nd row to get to the third row,he had to ask for help (wasting my time). Also i didnt like the fact that he wanted to take me back to (get information) from me just to look at a car! Really? Is that really necessary,just to LOOK at a car? I was very dissappointed with that experience. May not come back ever!!!

When my husband and I drove up to the small lot, got out to see the vehicle. No one approached us or asked us anything. We found the jacked up with the hood open and there were a handful of men on step stools/ladders working on the vehicle. This was right by the entry to the lot. I was turned off by the whole experience and so we quickly left.
