They will keep contacting you for vehicles that are nothing like or in the price range you were looking. Emails, texts, and phone calls ohhh my. They keep coming. Miller Brothers Chevrolet I recently purchased a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV . The car was posted on CarGurus for a great price. Nathan , Breanna and Debbie were on the team that worked with me . Nathan was great with responses to my requests and questions, Breanna helped explain the tech and features and Debbie handled the financing. All of them shared helpful information about the process and ways to save money. The reason for the four star rating is that they were not up front with the cosmetic damage to the EUV which is why it was priced much lower. I test drove the EUV but didn’t notice the damage. If there is cosmetic damage it should be revealed during the inspection. I didn’t discover the damage until I got home. Two days in and I love this EUV. It’s a smooth ride , with quick acceleration. The technology package is awesome. The EUV was preowned and the Detail shop did an excellent job making it look brand new.

Called dealer about car, was sent photos of said vehicle and a video...noticed a dent on front right quarter panel (carfax only notated front loft damage), asked salesperson Richard about the dent, he stated "that's only a reflection". Then, the next day, I received a text stating that it was in fact damaged, and that the price of the vehicle already reflected said damage. This is being sold as a Autonation certified vehicle
