Amazing experience overall. The staff was super friendly. Great vibes in there. Vehicle was clean and as described. Prompt and informative communication from my sales guy before getting there and the management team made it so that I was in an out. Financing was a breeze and there was never any pressure or any pricing gimmicks like other dealers like to pull when you go in the finance office. Straight forward and honest guys here. They told me an hour before I came in that the civic was available. After I arrived they told me it had been sold. Then they showed me a Corolla that was $6k more than my price range. I felt like they used old school outdated sales tactics and they bait and switch to get you in there. The haggling process was annoying. I finally got to the price I wanted to pay but it was a long back and forth process to get there. After all was said and done and the paperwork was signed I found out that the vehicle only came with one key! I will probably not buy from there again.

A positive note about the dealership is that they responded quickly to my question that I asked via CarGurus app. But my overall experience is with the dealership is poor. I informed the dealership that I was interested in a used 2023 Ford Explorer on their lot. Since the dealership is 30 minutes away, I asked if they would check if the vehicle had massaging seats since this feature may have been removed due to the COVID chip shortage. The only way to verify is to physically get in the vehicle and activate the feature. Unfortunately, the staff apparently had better things to do and never communicated with me again. Every dealership I asked to check for the feature did, except "Ford Auburn". I ended up buying a vehicle, but not from this dealership.
