The sales person, Paul, was hard working and honest and negotiated some issues with the car on my behalf with the manager who was very difficult to deal with since maximizing profit was obviously his priority. I spent two days negotiating some issues with the car, test driving, getting a pre-purchase inspection while working exclusively with Paul. I was ready to buy on the third day, but Paul could not come in that day. Instead, the manager Kevin Bentley, walked back some of the negotiated terms and totally unraveled everything I had accomplished with Paul all within 10 minutes. I said goodbye and he walked away. I left and bought another van within 24 hours which was newer, fewer issues, less cost with a kind and truthful manager in Greensboro, NC JT Auto was a most unpleasant experience at the end with the manager. Paul should leave that place since he obviously does not seem valued by management.

Very punctual accurate on the description of the vehicle. Picked it up with no issues. The only bad is brand new tire should’ve been put on all the way around the vehicle. The tires in the rear are shot. But overall great experience and great crew.

I did not purchase this particular vehicle but I’m working with Mr. Reggie and Sofia and they are AWESOME. I’ve never had two individuals work as hard as they are. I don’t feel like a customer I feel more like a family member to them!!!!! Even if my deal fell through I would still feel the same. I’m definitely sending everyone I know from SC that way!!!!!!
