Typical bait and switch dealership tactics. After standing around for several minutes some kid comes out smirking saying that the car is sold and he'd like to show me another car. I was literally on the phone with him minutes before pulling up. Garbage tactics. But what can you expect from a declining automobile brand with cookie cut models, garbage quality ,with a European price tag. Cadillac dealership is sad

Our seller Irvin was great. However his boss Walter caused him to lose the deal. He literally tried to add over 20k in taxes and other miscellaneous fees to the cars pricing ..a 59k priced car was over 80k when he brought us the paperwork..

the staff was great at reaching out through text and emails. I set the car up for a test drive, but they SOLD the car before. No courtesy email/text to inform me that they had other buyers looking as well. I was under the impression that the car was on a reserve for the test drive. I would have for sure purchased that vehicle, but I guess its first come first serve at Peacock.

I checked availability of vehicle through Cargurus. Received a prompt email indicating the vehicle was available. I was assigned a sales specialist and corresponded with him for a day and a half.I was supposed to get a price offer Saturday morning. That is the last time that I received any correspondence from anyone at the dealership.

Had an appointment scheduled for a 2025 Jeep Compass Limited, I kept receiving messages all the way until I drove into their lot, only to be told that the vehicle was sold...A few days later after purchasing my vehicle elsewhere that same Compass Limited was still available and not yet sold
