I contacted Seaview GMC regarding a pre-owned 2011 Jeep Wrangler that had been on the lot for an extended period. I was upfront about my credit situation and submitted a full credit application promptly when requested. After submitting the application, communication became inconsistent. I followed up multiple times but did not receive clear updates regarding lender submissions, approval status, or next steps. I was also asked to complete identity verification, which I did immediately, yet I still did not receive confirmation that my application had been fully reviewed or that the deal had been actively worked. I understand that not all applications result in approval and respect lender decisions. My concern is the lack of timely and transparent communication after providing all requested information. A clear yes or no, or a brief explanation that the vehicle was not financeable, would have been appreciated instead of extended silence. Clearer communication/follow through should improve

I was contacted from Brotherton Cadillac shortly after I made the request. I went into the dealership to look at a couple of Cadillac Lyrics. I didn't buy other one but let them know what I am looking for. I felt they were up front and transparent. I have contacted a couple other dealerships and didn't feel the transparency. I will buy a vehicle from them when the right one appears. I am in no hurry.

My salesman Austin was amazing. The only difficulty was the car was not cleaned(interior) and their was a nail in the tire they had me take care of. I feel like there should have been something towards my inconvenience. A car detail and tire fixed should have been completed. Make sure when purchasing they give you the internet price. I mentioned it but it wasn't given. Austin was polite, kind and informative about the vehicle. He was professional and easy to talk with. Make sure they go the extra mile for you and get the sales price advertised, car detailing and any tires fixed.
