Shady salesman, and not honest about the financing process. The sales person also tried to tell me that Chevy was not doing verification on used vehicles anymore. Which is not true.

I had such a fantastic experience with Rauni ("How-Knee") and Mirna! They were both super helpful and incredibly efficient. You won't believe it â I didn't even get the car I originally considered! Instead, they hooked me up with an even better deal on the exact same model but with practically zero miles (only 7!). I believe there are too many systems for this dealership. I filled in a bunch of info online, had 3-4 sales associates get a hold of me, none of which were aware I had already scheduled an appointment. Even had 1 after we completed our test drive ask if we wanted to come in. AI/automated systems are failing this dealership in my opinion. Nice staff on site.
