For the second time, I got rail roaded at Demon-trond. False communication, deceptive offers and lack of transparency. Carvwas never available and promises to dind a replacement never fulfilled. Find somewhere else to buy. This was the second crappy experience I've here. Forgiveness meant nothing to them.

The Vehicle that I originally wanted to look at had been sold however I found a yukon that was significantly less in price and was in amazing condition. A little more mileage than I was looking for but the deal was so good I had to take it. They gave me a trade-in value site unseen with me be honest about the condition and high milage on my trade in. The entire process including finance which I went with outside financing but they had no issue with took literally 2 1/2 hrs. Let me take the new vehicle and drop the trade in the following day. overall very happy with the new purchase.

No communication and waste of time. Dey appointment 1030, showed up and notified I had arrived. Got a reply from reception that somebody be out shortly. 45 min later nobody came to help and salesman never replied. So I left. Come to find out the vehicle sold. Instead telling me they just left me because their was need to help me since I was no longer a value to them.
