During my search online for a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali I noticed Valdosta had a few on sale and my brother n law told me to go down and check out the inventory of GMC Trucks that were on the lot at Prince Valdosta. So I called and was directed to a salesman (Mr. Adams) whom did all the leg work for me because I walked a specific trim package that would accommodate my towing logistics. Needless to say, due to Mr. Adams no none sense demeaner and tons of automotive knowledge SME (Subject Matter Expert) me and my Wife purchased a Quality Vehicle at Prince Valdosta.

Salesperson called and messaged car was exactly as described

I am very happy we chose to go to Griffin in Valdosta. Everyone we dealt with was extremely nice and knowledgeable which made the experience of purchasing our car stress free and enjoyable. When we are in need of another car our first stop will be Griffin!!

MY TIME WAS WASTED: I negotiated pricing on a 2026 Toyota Corolla via email after connecting through CarGurus. During the email exchange, I requested non-contingent finance pricing. I clearly stated that if pricing was contingent on financing with the dealership, I would not be coming in and moving on with another dealership. After that clarification, the dealership provided an out-the-door price that was represented as non-contingent on financing, which is the only reason I traveled to the dealership to purchase the vehicle using my own financing in tow. When I arrived, the vehicle had over 1,500 miles, and I was told it had previously been sold and returned after financing fell through, information that had not been disclosed beforehand. I was also told that the non- contingent pricing provided via email could not be honored unless I financed with the dealership. Because the terms presented in person differed from what was confirmed in advance, I chose not to proceed.
