I got prequalified through six lenders before contacting the dealer about a specific vehicle I was interested in. I had a trade and I was ready to cover any negative equity within a reasonable amount ($5- 7k). The finance manager called me and berated me over the phone for filling out the application wrong and said I’d need to redo it for an extra $20k because I had so much negative equity in my trade. Because of his attitude, I went to another dealer, where I was treated as if they actually wanted my business, and I ended up with only $7k negative equity, as I’d guessed. Please don’t go to BMW of Fairfax! Feroz was absolutely disrespectful and rude. There was no way I was going to even try to do business with this dealer after that. I will never consider BMW of Fairfax ever again!

The salesperson was very helpful in answering all of my questions and sending me several walk-around videos demonstrating all the features of the vehicle. In addition, the salesperson provided me an out-the-door price which was above my limit; however, they worked with me to lower the price to fit my limit and when I explained that I was in the process of obtaining a copy of my Title from my previous vehicle which I needed to send to my car insurance provider, the salesperson was very understanding and stated that they would keep me informed of the vehicle status. This is the best experience I have ever had in my life!

I was informed that the vehicle is available for export after one hour I was told that Lamborghini does not permit to export the vehicle. After another hour again they said the vehicle is available for export. I requested the window sticker along with a workaround video and no reply. I was surprised by this inconsistency and poor customer support.

Dealer responded quickly; however, vehicle was not equipped as needed.
