Concesionarios cercanos (Triangle, VA)

I was told that I could put a hold and pay deposit upon going. Once I looked at reviews I ask for more information on the car. Once I kept asking for carfax they kept telling me to come in and they would “figure it out” I purchased it myself. Found the car had been in an accident. When I confronted them about this and said that I wanted the hold removed they tried to then say it was a deposit. They said they would refund and failed to provide proof. I ended up having to dispute with my bank after they were rude and still wouldn’t provide proof.

In short — do not trust them. I had been in contact with them for a few days. I was assured multiple times that the car listed on their website was available. It was on the low end of the price, displaying a “great deal.” Let me tell you that’s a warning sign more than anything else. After driving 3.5 hours and being in contact with them on the way there, I was assured the car was going to be fully charged and ready by the time I arrived. When I pulled in to their small, hard to navigate parking lot, all of the customer parking spots were full. I later learned that’s a psychological strategy they employ, to make it seem like they are busy, but it’s their own cars. I had to park at the far end of the parking lot to get inside. Once inside I saw 3 greaseballs lounging around while the phone was ringing, nobody answered it. I was told to buy another one of their cars that was nowhere near the original price. They didn’t take responsibility for making me drive so far.

I am highly disappointed ! I had the car delivered and thy delivered almost dark! the tires are peeling rubber! I cant even drive because its roaring and sound horrible! The supervisor said they passed inspection! I have called about 20 times or more only to get a negative response! Im contacting the media if they don’t correct this very soon! I can’t believe they would actually let any car leave their lot with such bad tires! Im about to make some serious noise!!

I chose not to go see the car. Communication was very good

The vehicle was in terrible condition even for $5000. Driver door almost fell off, headliner torn and brown, bumper damaged as they backed it out, engine making noise. Sales person arrogant. Would not purchase a vehicle from them.
