Irritated because I asked about the history of the car on Tuesday last week. Didn’t get a response at all and when I was followed up I brought up the unanswered question (keep in mind now that it is Sunday). Was told the answer to my question and that the car was sold YESTERDAY. 0/10 when it comes to recommending this dealership when simple questions about the history of a car cannot be answered. Especially when looking for a very specific model and color, I like to know the comprehensive history of the car I am looking to buy. But in either case, not helpful and not a place I would recommend at this time.

I was disappointed trying to purchase a car through this dealership. I’m over 3 hours away and the dealership wasn’t able to find me the financing I needed after driving down. The next day I called my bank and got the financing no problem. I was still willing to purchase from them using my financing but they were making it very difficult. They didn’t work with my credit union using the CUDL program. I ended up going with a differing car at a different dealership because they clearly didn’t want my business.

I cannot thank the team at East Bay BMW enough for the incredible experience. From start to finish, their professionalism and transparency made this the easiest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. A huge, heartfelt thank you to Bobby—his patience and genuine kindness truly set him apart. He took the time to understand my situation and treated me with absolute respect. Thank you to Bobby and East Bay BMW for a stress-free experience with people who actually care!

Salesman that reached out was supposed to look at a few things on the car and provide more info but all I got back was half of an unreadable email with no information. If they wanted to sell the car, just provide basic info...but considering the car is still for sale it doesn't seem like they want to.
