Nice looking vehicle, but we have not made a purchase yet. Dealer sent information right away.

Reached out to the dealership about the car and they were very prompt and friendly getting me setup with a time to look at it. Their description of the car was very honest. Went to the dealer pre-approved for a loan through my own credit union and they were able to be the rate by over 1.5%. The whole process was very transparent and quick. Filling out the paperwork was made quick (almost too quick) but they were more than happy to slow down and answer any questions i had. Financing through the dealer also afforded me the ability to get a warranty on my car which is a nice peace of mind. Having worked at a dealership in the past i am always weary of dealers and salespeople, but this experience really showed me that that good dealers exist. I would definitely recommend buying from this dealer, just make sure to do your own research, as you should before buying any car from anyone.

quick and prompt response

Went in to look at a X7 BMW, VIN 5UXCW2C02L9C05288. First the car is being offered with 3/32(2) and 4/32(2) tires. That is barely legal and Monica said they don’t sell cars with 5/32 and below. Monica then said she was confused because she works 5 days a week. Also. Cam the previous weekend was very dismissive towards us. So upon tell Monica my concerns she brings out her closer sales manager. I explain my concerns to him and he says, “let’s put an offer together”. So now in my ignorance I believed they were going to do something about the four borderline tires. Keep in mind their own parts department stated the tires they recommend are $2,650 and their labor rate is over $300/hour. So their offer came back at sticker price. And get this on top of sticker price they listed their ‘executive package’ for window stitching. So their closer took none of my concerns and just list out sticker price. They were still going to make money from dealer financing. Please avoid.
