Khalid was great even saved me from a ppi company that was going to charge myself and another customer for an inspection on the same car. Something I would not have known if he didn't inform me. Sadly the other customer was able to get their order in before me.

The sales person did a bad job to respond back to any questions and took over a day to try and get me approved even with a pre approval from my bank they still took forever to do anything and the sales rep Andres had the worst communication. Even after a day that passed they still didn’t even give me an answer if my bank approved me or not when they ran my credit, so gave up and went somewhere else.
