I expressed clear interest in purchasing this vehicle and informed the dealership that I was not receiving text messages, and we had to speak through email or phone. (very frustrating. Despite this, I was required to initiate all follow-up communication myself. Ultimately, the vehicle was sold without meaningful engagement or updates. The experience gave the impression that my interest was not taken seriously.

As someone who has bought many cars, this is the most refreshing experience I have ever had at a dealership. There was no haggling, no hidden fees, no pushy salesman, just upfront and straight to the point. The price I was told over the phone during my initial inquiry was the price I paid walking out the door. A special shout out to Linden, who went out of his way to help me and stayed with me from the beginning to the end of the process. I highly recommend this dealer and will definitely shop there again in the future.

TLDR: deceptive practices, adding fees after agreeing to a price and run arounds This dealer has a listing on cargurus.com for a 2019 BMW X1 for $18,600, which would be a great price. However, the deception starts there, as when you go to their website, it has that as a “finance price”, so the real price with $1,995 down would be $20,599. I made an appointment on Friday and arrived shortly before 11AM. (Note: it’s terrible finding parking, and their lot is full, no parking), I was greeted by Emre who told me the car is not there, and we had to drive to another lot. That pissed me off a bit as isn’t that part of making an appt that the car “is actually there and ready”? Alas. The car was really nice and we completed our test drive. After we got back, I chatted with Emre. I said I was interested but wanted to make sure I could have the car for an independent PPI. That was not possible. I could only have a mechanic come by and look at the car on the lot. I asked about the out the door
