when I went in there, they were giving me the runaround. I drove out there 2 1/2 hours for them to tell me that they sold the car that I was trying to get. I left emails. They guaranteed me that the car was gonna be there I was so excited, and then they just broke my heart and told me that it was sold they were not apologetic or sympathetic. It was a horrible, horrible nightmare.

Awful communication and customer service. I requested a video of the vehicle and was told it would be sent, but after waiting three days I had to call the dealership to follow up. I was then told they needed to check with a manager before sending it. When someone finally contacted me, they began asking personal questions about where my down payment would come from, which felt unnecessary. I did eventually receive a video, but it was only a quick 48-second clip that barely showed the vehicle. Overall, the experience was confusing and disappointing.

I had a completely different opinion of the BMW dealership, especially in downtown Los Angeles. The employees seemed completely clueless about their job and the entire process, except for Art. I am shocked that the BMW dealer sold me the car with completely different tires. I could not imagine a BMW dealer would do something like that.
