Kenia contacted me right away and was very communicative! All of my questions were answered as quickly as possible and my concerns were being addressed. I submitted an offer to negotiate a price for the car I was interested in buying, and asked that a few more issues with the car would be addressed. I was told the price was non negotiable, that’s fine.. and while the price seemed a little higher than comparable cars on the market, I was told one final issue was being looked into before made the purchase. Suddenly the car was then marked as sold on CarGurus and Kenia hasn’t provided me with any more updates. Granted, this was close to the Christmas holiday and I expected delays but I feel like I’ve been forgotten about and started looking into buying a different car at a different dealer. It’s been two days and I only needed to verify the side mirrors were functioning properly before I purchased the car, and now it’s crickets. I trust it would have been a smooth transaction otherwise.

It was my first time buying a car and everyone I spoke to at the dealership was very helpful. Also, the price had gone down on CarGurus between when I sent out my reply and my test drive and they were happy to give me the sale price. Would recommend

I really wish I can give this a five-star rating but I wanted to come in to buy that particular vehicle and the person I spoke to told me that it wasn't safe to drive back down to where I live. He told me that there was some better options and my only options were Prius 2001, BMW X3, or a Mercedes-Benz e 320, he didn't know if it was going to pass smog but asked me if I would like to buy it anyways. I wasn't sure" and he reassured me that it's 'probably just a cheap fix" I should have known better but trusted that I wasn't going to be screwed over. I paid over $2,200. I tried calling up the dealership but they're ignoring my phone calls. So far I fixed all the vacuum leaks on the car and spent over $500 in repairs. I would like to just take it back to the dealership and get my money back. But they're ignoring me.
