Charlie made it very easy with his friendly and positive attitude and he wasn't pushing me into buying the car. He is very honest and listens well and is happy to please the customer. Since it is my first time buying a vehicle, it would of been helpful to know about getting a certified check from the bank (which I figured out) before driving 2 hours from CT. And I wish I was able to have the whole 20 days to go to DMV in CT. The temporary license plate started on May 20th when I bought the car on May 27th so I lost 7 days to schedule. DMV is very busy and I was only able to get an appointment 1 day prior to it's expiration. Otherwise, everything else was good and I love my new Audi Q3. Thank you

I had an excellent experience at Inskip of Warwick, especially working with Connor. From start to finish, I spent about two hours at the dealership, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I never felt pressured to make a purchase or uncomfortable during negotiations. The team was respectful, professional, and easy to work with, and it only took a couple of back-and-forth conversations to reach a deal. When I returned to pick up my car, they even had a bow on it, which was a nice touch. They walked me through every step of the process, and Brandon took the time to thoroughly review all the details of the vehicle with me.
