Contacted Dealership was texted and called back quickly. Was asked if I would like to come in to test drive. I said it was a bit of a drive but yes. Said I would be in at 2pm was told car would be out front and ready. 2pm at front desk Cythia says car is not there. One would think this day and age this kind of stuff shuts down businesses. In all my dealings I’ve never felt the level of honesty, trust, and comfort I did in this transaction with Audi Shrewsbury. I worked with Mike Moussalli directly who has been great and attentive throughout the buying process. It didn’t end when we shook hands on the deal, I signed the papers, or when I drove off with the car. He has continued to put up with my texts helping answer questions no matter the day or time. He also drove paperwork to me to save me a trip to the dealership! Mike M. gives A+ customer service a new definition.
