I never felt pressured to make a purchase or uncomfortable during negotiations. I reached out to talk about the vehicle, and via email they were responsive and transparent about fees and cost. I never went to look at the vehicle because I am unable to during the week, unfortunately for me, the car sold 2-3 days later. Otherwise, a pleasure to work with, and very responsive in email.
