The vehicle that I was interested in was listed six day earlier as sold before coming to the lot after making the purchase a day later, find out that vehicle was still available and on the lot, even after asking about it and asking three times, saleman wouldn't check on it or see if a similar one was available. And the finance department had no clue of what they were doing, came in pre-approved and had to walk them through everything while them telling me I'm supposed to be doing this days later So they could get their money. And while walking them through getting the car financed, my credit union is telling them that they were responsible for sending in the Documents that I had no access to, And that was the lender's title. And the whole time, having them point the finger at me, as if I knew what their inventory was and that I knew the procedures on their end for collecting the money that was being financed. Was one big headache Found them to be very argumentative and not taking resp

Highly recommend this dealer if you don’t want to waste time, very transparent and everyone was friendly and inviting. Victoria was my salesman and was great to work with.

Awful experience, they told me the car was available. I drove 2 hours to test drive the car, which I did but after the test drive they told me it had been sold the prior day. Awful communication, and I’m sure the person who purchased the car would not like the fact that I was test driving the car they had already purchased. Definitely would never do business with Rosenthal in the future. Stay clear of this dealer.

Overall, great experience. First time going in to the dealership and getting exactly what I inquired about. Fastest process ever!!!
