I was totally disappointed. I came to the dealership after several conversations. I got there and unfortunately, the vehicle was not available. I came back after 2 days. The vehicle was available. At the point of payment, an additional $4,900 that was not discussed initially was added. The whole process was very disappointing and I had to leave without achieving my objective. Meanwhile, I drove 2 hours from Maryland to come for the appointment.

Their price was fair, negotiation was fair but Jesus Christ their communication was horrendous. I spoke to many different people over several days and I had to constantly call in to check the status of everything. I would only deal with them again if there was a car I absolutely wanted there. They need better turnaround times and communication.
