Iâm extremely disappointed with my experience at Acura of Seattle. When I first toured the used car, I specifically asked if there was a second key fob, and I was told it was in the back. I asked again on the day of purchase and was once again reassured that it existed and would be provided after signing the paperwork. After completing the sale, they went to retrieve the keyâonly to come back and say there wasnât a second one after all.
