Had the very best experience.

We would have LOVED to have bought it even when it was found in need of a torque tube replacement. The car made a loud whine driving over 50 mph and at first they tried to act like they couldn't hear it. Then they agreed to have it checked which led to the discovery of the torque tube issue. They were supposed to order the part and fix it...in the meanwhile negotiations were ongoing until they weren't. Getting info from these people was a NIGHTMARE. The amount of add ons was insane and once they got called out on it, that's when they must have shopped around and found another buyer. We dodged a bullet on this one. Avoid them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. We agreed on a deal over the phone and they told me to come pick up the car, but when I arrived a couple of hours later, they had sold it to someone else. No courtesy call, just a complete waste of my time and totally untrustworthy.

The whole process went by quickly except for the finance part as we did not have the prequal ppwk with us as I forgot to print it. It was on my phone and required me going outside to send it the dealership. I think we needed to ask questions from the beginning to facilitate the conversation. However, the salesman was respectful and used good judgment.

They had the car advertised, in the condition specified. The staff was helpful and responsive. They gave you a no hassle price and gave me the high end of what my trade was worth. The bottom line price was spelled out. The final sale process was smooth and quick. Very good experience.
