Horrible at answering any concerns or questions and just want to push you into buying that day. Never gave any info I asked about the vehicle

I did purchase this vehicle, unfortunately after I put it. I noticed there was a crack in the windshield, I call Safe Lite to fix the crack and I was told the crack was already filled, this was 1 day after my purchase. I called back to the dealer and spoke with the GM, he said well it’s a used vehicle, I text several time trying to get help and he said this is an insurance issued, even though the crack was done prior to my purchase. I drove 3 1/2 hours to make this purchase but no consideration or accommodation to even try to fix the issue. I check the carfax, it stated tire repair but not windshield repair. I mention this with absolutely NO RESPONSE! I am very disappointed and will never consider buying from this company ever again! As of today, I still have not heard from the GM. And I don’t think it’s fair to treat customers this way. Be very careful when considering purchasing from here!!!
