Mark is an excellent sales rep & very professional gentleman. He was very transparent & explains all the things very clearly.

The car had obvious issues with the body kit. I saw it right away walking up to the car however the salesman didn't make mention of it and when asked about it said " it was above his pay grade". The was also at a critical maintenance stage needing a timing belt and water pump. I guess this was in the salesman's pay grade because he then explained to me how HE was already loosing money on the car. I politely got up and left the dealership at this point, only to have the sales manager contact me a few days later to offer some assistance for the needed maintenance.

I drove the SUV I chose, liked it, talked about warranty, then the salesman who had been messing with his cell phone almost the entire time said "just a minute", walked off, came back and said "unfortunately that vehicle just sold to someone else". Thought it was disrespectful and should have let me know what was going on right from the beginning. I drove 40 minutes to get there. Very disappointed in how I was treated. It was a nice vehicle though

Unpleasant experience. The negotiation tactics were the typical stereotypical trying to add costs for unnecessary “options”. Nothing felt genuine about the sale and don’t see why dealerships still use this way of selling and customer experience. Time to move on from that.

We communicated up front, they followed through once I arrived. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles from many dealers. Hiley and their team was top service oriented and friendly during the transaction.
