Contacted after hours, received immediate automated response and an email the following morning from Jhanifor. I arranged for a pre purchase inspection, and Jhanifor even drove the car to the specialist I had found! Once everything checked out, I was able to travel to the store, which is a beautiful facility. I also met the sales manager Enver, who I also had a positive interaction with. I was able to finish the transaction remotely with Robert the finance manager, and Jhanifor helped with transporting the car. One of the best car buying experieces and highly recommended!

Contacted this dealer and set an appointment when I got there they weren’t ready but after a good while I was able to test drive the x3 I wanted. The suv had a few defects and lights on which I asked them about it getting it fixed they never got back to me! This vehicle was one of my top 3 but it was over priced at 20 k compared to others with similar miles even here and on on other sites it was considered over priced I called dealer and asked why this vehicle was over priced and they responded with saying all the options it had which comparables had the same packages but I did not want to argue. I sent the sales man an offer or 18k cash which they never responded to and here we are 1-2 months later the car is now down to 17k from 20k . My son decided to go with a different x3 from another dealer since this company seems to be slow, unreliable, unresponsive and incompetent.

Waited until I was in the dealership to tell me they did not accept my bank financing. Tried to tell me it was my banks problem but, when I called my bank they said they didn’t have a problem and that Audi Plano had worked with them weeks prior. I was ready to buy the car. They were just trying to get me to go with their financing instead of my own so I would buy warranties from them.

They are a good dealership. No Doubt.

Spoke with Jesse and stopped in to see the GR86 while cross shopping other cars. It wasn't the right car for me, but I'd buy a car from Jesse any time if it were. He was up front, transparent, and thoughtful of my time and did not put me under pressure or feel obligated. He wanted the best experience he could provide, and he did. I'll certainly consider contacting him again if there are cars to cross shop in the future!

I am very pleased with my (new to me) Porsche Cayman 987.2. I had the car shipped to me and the car arrived faster than promised. The car arrived in great condition and I’ve had nothing but smiles each time I drive it!
