Overall sales personnel were very responsive! I offered them my buy price which was reasonable but the salesman said since they work on such small margins he couldn’t honor it. I followed up with him on an email substantiating how my offer price was fair (of course they could have put themselves into the vehicle cost WAY OVER average wholesale which I wouldn’t know) but couldn’t justify paying their price even though I really liked the car. To my surprise the next day Alex (sales manager) called me to see if “we” could put a deal together!?! This is the SILLY GAMESMANSHIP that drives shoppers NUTS! IF he was serious all he had to do was call me back and either sell it for my offer price OR say he could sell it for $xxxx less! Needless to say I didn’t call him back…

Fox Valley knew how far we drove to be there, and was very helpful and informative and had the truck ready for viewing and test drive. Our salesman Andrew was very nice and had the Carfax and maintenance records already printed out. They were very transparent about the truck. We were very happy with our experience at Fox Valley. I had a change of heart about my last review. I stated that the 2012 Ford Fiesta had serious transmission issues that I was not informed about. After further inspection of the vehicle the trans was operating as well as could be expected. The odometer reading and age of the car lead me to believe other wise. My personal mechanic replaced the spark plugs and I had a oil change. Now my Ford Fiesta is back on the road running smoothly. My salesman Igor went out of his way to make things convenient for me. I have already referred a friend to Off Lease Cars.
