Treated like a third class citizen. Did not even try to make a deal work for a trade. Even gave them a monthly payment and budget. I will take my tax return to a dealership that doesn't try to "bait and switch" If you can, go somewhere else DO SO NOW.

They are helping out tremendously. It took me giving them a direct call for assistance. And oddly, when I called and got some one, days later, then the internet rep contacted me. Too late though, the sale is going to the person I was able to get on the phone.

Had a great experience at the Orlando fields bmw. Al was a very good sales person, manager Lance came over and assisted Al in closing the deal. Prior to closing the transaction, I was promised some mats that Al said weren't available and he had to order it. Fast forward a day later, I got a follow up call from Al to see how everything was going with the car and at that point he went back on his word as far as the mats I was promised. I really feel he tainted a great over all experience for some mats, wish he was a man of his word .

I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I got a great price on my X5. There were no "surprise she" when I went to pick up my car and everyone was very friendly and professional. Al Smith was my contact throughout and made the buying process smooth form start to finish. I love 5 minutes from a similar dealership but it was worth the drive to Orlando and I will gladly do it again.

They contacted me the next morning after my search. We drove down to Orlando the same day and drove home in the 2014 wagon that afternoon. Car was not well prepared and some defects were covered up but the price was right and the options on car were extensive. So far dealer service post sale has been all right but I will wait to report until May 10 dealer appointment to fix issues.

Great customer service, all my questions were answered, even though I dindnt bough the car from them, Al Smith always were in contact and offering other honest options that could fit what I was looking for. Very professional, no hassle at all!

It was an absolutely incredible experience visiting Fields BMW in South Orlando. Our salesman, Al Smith was completely professional and extremely thorough in explaining all of the details of owning a BMW. Unfortunately, we were not able to make a deal. However, we will be visiting this dealership again as soon as we are set to buy. Great to have been treated the way we were...
