I contacted this dealer about a 2023 Honda odyssey. A lady I spoke with on the phone said she’d let me have the car for the price posted out the door, no fees added, so I drove from Orlando to test drive it. The carfax report says it has 1 accident where it was side swiped, the lady on the phone said nothing was wrong with the car and that the damage was already taken care of. I get to the dealership and was helped by Adam, very polite kid. I inspect the car and it was horrible. All kinds of hidden damage that was not listed nor did they inform me about before I drove 1.5 hour to see it. I wanted to see what they have to say about the price, so I spoke with a guy named Salem. He mentioned that the damage is already factored into the price, when I told him about the out the door price the lady promised, he denied it, saying the phone number I called is not theirs. As I walked to my car, I called the number back, Alex answered and hung up on me as soon as I mentioned my convo with Salem

The employee are really attentive, but the wait it’s too long to get approval
They called, I gave information and they stated they would call back - But never did. I found the same car elsewhere, but I was disappointed that they never followed-up as they had/have a good number of listed cars at affordable prices, but no follow-up means no sales.

The process was smooth and straightforward. Sales people did a great job explaining everything. I had a few issues with the vehicle after purchase which they did not hesitate to fix. Overall, a nice experience!
I left 3 messages with staff about the vehicle. It showed the vehicle had been at the dealership for more than 20 days the last time I called. I was told it was in transit and someone would call me back. No one called. When inquiring through CarGuru I received canned text emails that always said it was after hours and someone would be in touch. Same thing, no one did.

Yes, I found the staff at Evo helpful and courteous. I drove an hour from St. Pete to check out a particular car and they brought it up quickly and wrote up a quote within 45 minutes and they were very busy at the time. The young man who rode with me was very polite and informative. I did not decide to by that car...but would certainly recommend others to shop there.

I offered cash on the internet price listed & of course they countered by adding almost $5k to the internet price stating I did not qualify for the thousand dollar discount for no trade-in and since I was buying cash didn’t qualify for the other discount and the rest were fees, not including taxes on top of that and did not even work with me on the price and had the nerve to call me a few days later stating they had good news but that was a big fib!

No tricks or hidden fees. Straight shooters. We looked for 2 weeks to only find other dealers in Florida that add on thousands of dollars of fees , cost , and unwanted packages that your forced to buy in order to get the car they are selling. NOT HERE We were happy with the whole transaction. They gave us an out the door cost and it ended up being less than that.
I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I went there to buy a car. I liked a car, and they were honest and upfront about all facts
and figures. No time wastage in negations or games. All I can say is that I recommend these guys. If you are looking for negotiation games, it

Customer service is great
We loved the car and I wanted to purchase this vehicle…but I couldn’t take the car around a residential neighborhood for a proper test drive. Most of my travels are interstate miles and I wanted to see how well it drove on the interstate. The dealership said it was not an option.
They also explained that they were short staffed and we would have gone back at a non busy time…but we would still need an interstate test drive.

Ken was so nice DURING my buying process. Then ghosted me when all I was asking for was the car fax and full service history. Like ??
The car I bought has been okay. A lot of issues arrived when I took it home. Rotors needed resurfacing, coolant leak, gear shifting, trunk latches, and an oil change took 2 1/2 hrs WITH an appt.
So they’ve been helpful getting my car in and taking care of everything under warranty BUT not the best experience I’ve had.

I've been in the automotive industry for over 25 years. Nearly every car they have listed has conflicting information. Clean titles, no accidents
reported, but no price analysis on cargurus due to frame damage reported. Whomever is fixing these cars appears to be doing a decent
enough job, and the prices are good to the untrained eye (considering).
Anyway, I reached out about one of the vehicles mentioned above. You'll get a response from about 10 different people to give the impression
this business is a large operation. I explained that I noticed the frame damage flag, I was assured that the sales associate would get with
"manager" and get me a detailed carfax within 24hrs. Guess what never happened?

They do sent out emails and text ONLY. I never spoke with a live person, even after making the request to do so. Via text I
was advised that they would be sending me the history of the vehicle, I was interested in with 48 hours; that never happen.
No vehicle history was ever sent. I decided not to reach back out to them and give my business to someone else.

2 different salesmen. 1 rude and 1 indifferent. Had a question about the title work. They weren’t sure. Asked to talk to someone that handles the title work. Was told they aren’t there. Week day. Decided I best not buy there.
This dealer was terrible. We had gone to see a car they had after speaking to them on the phone. When arriving my son looked in the trunk and there was standing water inside the trunk. Obviously, at this time we’re disinterested. My husband asked the manager if they knew about the water. He said, “I just found out about it a few hours ago.” A few hours ago, you could’ve saved us a two hour trip to Tampa. It was a terrible experience. We do NOT recommend! Also, I would’ve given the dealer a zero star rating, but it wouldn’t allow me to do that.

Evo Motors is one of the best used dealerships in the Tampa Bay area. I have purchased two vehicles from
them. The people that work there are great, super friendly and transparent. Their cars are purchased
through auction and so the savings is passed on to you, the buyer. You do need to do your due diligence
and research the car you are looking at. You should use a third party database to view the car's history as
not all of it may show on the one that Evo uses. That is typical for all dealerships. The price of the vehicle is
non negotiable in my experience, however, it is a fair price. Again, do your own research. The fees this
dealership charges are typical: Dealer Prep Charge, Title and Reg Fee, Doc Stamp Fee, Private Tag Agency.
Other used car dealerships in the area that get their cars from auction, charge way more in fees. You should
always inquire what the fees are during your purchase.
Price was actually 2000usd more than listed on Car Gurus. Was told that if you paid 2000usd then the advertised price was actually the price. Struggled to see how this made any sense as that made the actual price nearly 14000. Just fake advertising to get feet through the door is how I felt, and expressed as much to them. Don't appreciate people who waste my time.

Visited the lot a day prior at closing
so I didn't speak to anyone. The
vehicle I went to see had been test
drove because it was parked near the
office. The next day I speak to the
salesman and get ready fir test drive
and the car was beautiful but the AC
blew hot air. Sales guy said it needed
charging but we went out for a drive
anyway. This vehicle was my no.1. I
had my own financing so when I
came back the next day to drive a
second time the AC blew hot air
again. Mechanic comes to the car
and says its the compressor that's
bad. Salesman says if I go through
with the purchase they would replace
the compressor for free. Was not
impressed but I loved the car. Total
price with fees etc was more than I
was financed for and there financing
wouldn't accept me. Instead of
negotiating a deal with me he
basically just closed the book on
dealing with me. Didn't offer anything
else so I left and im sure the
compressor is still bad and people
are test driving the car in the heat

they are "buy here pay here" they do nothing but clean up the cars they receive. When they say "sold as is" they really mean it. I would use
caution with this group for sure. Get your mechanic to really look over vehicle. Better Business Bureau good place to check on this group. If

EVO motors knew on Monday that I was flying from Buffalo, NY to Tampa, FL on
Tuesday (the following day) to pick up a vehicle. While in flight they
SUPPOSEDLY contacted me (called but did NOT leave a message!!!!!!) to tell me
they could NOT sell me the auto I was to pick up due to a engine problem they
found that am while completing an oil change. I spent $169 to fly down, $39.00
on my 1st UBER ride from the airport to EVO motors, $36.00 on my 2nd UBER
ride BACK to the airport (WHERE I SPENT THE NIGHT!!!) to spend another $160
to fly back to Buffalo. I AM FURIOUS AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS
COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!

After too many days and disappointments elsewhere this was an AMAZING experience with Jim West!! (and mike doesn’t suck either;)
Above and beyond and in 25 years of car buying it was hands down the least stressful easiest experience ever!

Overall a less than stellar experience. They tried to tack on an extra $2,800 dollars in the price for something we didn’t need without even mentioning it. I caught it only because we knew the numbers ahead of time. The service was disjointed and even though the car was looked at and fine for the first 5 days on the sixth day all my censors went off and have had to fix them. Overall disappointed.

I give this car dealer a 4 and not a 5 star because I didn’t buy a car from them. The people were very nice and they have some nice cars. Keep in mind that this is more of a do it yourself kind of place . It’s a no frills operation there is no haggling over price. Do your research on a specific car, go to look at it, drive it , if you like it buy it. Also try and go on a weekday morning because otherwise you have to wait a long time to go through the process from what I observed. Remember there used cars sold as is. They didn’t make the cars and they didn’t put the ware and tare on them . They just sell them at a decent price. I just happened to find a better deal somewhere else.

The next thing is the price shown is a cash price. Who has 35 grand in cash? I offered to bring a bank check nope, they wanted another $1000 for that. I don’t do business that way and would not buy from them.

sometimes you have to wait a little bit only because they have to move so many cars to

Bought different car from this dealer. Were very helpful with answering questions.
Evo motors is not a traditional dealership. No salesperson, no private office to sign docs, no one to really explain the ins and outs of the car and they don't even fill up the gas tank when you purchase. They have a great variety of cars and the prices are the lowest I found. They did not try to.sell me unnecessary insurances and overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and experience. Would definitely recommend.

We didn't deal with anyone directly. A representative responded quickly via an email form letter,
but we went to a different dealer. I didn't have enough experience with them to rate, so I will just
give 5 stars because I have to give a rating.
The dealer some weird car lot were they collect as many cars as possible without knowing much about each car they collect. Many of the cars have been in crashes and have extensive damage on the inside.

Dealer representative talks very rudely. They don’t show any courtesy. The interior of their cars is very dirty.
He said that it is a used car so it may be dirty and I am like dude it’s your responsibility to make sure car is up to date.
The car already shows maintenance required when you see it for the first time.

There’s 2 parts to this review....
First:
I had a trade-in. A Mercedes Benz. 2 owners, no accidents, low mileage, everything in working order and all regular MB maintenance done. They gave me a really low offer of just over $2k. Needless to say, I didn’t take the offer. I ended up trading it to high-end dealership and they gave me three times as much. I let the low trade-in value slide, as it wasn’t required to trade the vehicle to them for the vehicle we wished to purchase.
Then came the vehicle for purchase...
We had pick out the vehicle online, went straight for its test drive (which is a square route on backroads around the dealership. Not nearly enough time or distance to open the vehicle up and see how it runs over 35mph). After the test drive, we pulled the vehicle into the lot and inspected it’s components. Everything seemed to check out and operate correctly. I then asked for the Carfax. Immediately it said structural damage.

These guys ALWAYS have the best deals. Owner is very genuine and straightforward. Rather than insisting that I trade my car in he told me I should keep it after I realized I would have to come more out of pocket than I anticipated. I found that exceptionally honest and just an invaluable trait in business. The best type of business people don’t have to use high pressure sales tactics, and the folks at EVO never do. Very no-nonsense, what you see is what you get, no haggling, exceptionally priced vehicles most of the time! At this point I wouldn’t buy a vehicle ANYWHERE else!

I did not notice that I was missing a rear head rear head rest until I got home. I
Notified them and they took care of it with out a problem So far so good with the company .
Evo Motors is a no frills dealership. They have a lot of cars to pick from but it’s best to go online and pick out several before you get there. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and put no pressure on me to buy. The buying process was the easiest I have experienced. I went in prequalified, after I selected a vehicle it was about an hour later maybe less and I was done. I will most likely return to Evo for my next purchase.
I bought a car here yesterday. Good friendly staff! Jacarus was very helpful and nice! The paperwork signing was a breeze as well. I was disappointed that my car didn’t get washed or detailed. As I walked up to my car I saw dirty handprints all near the hood. I think they could have at least wiped them off. Plus it did not have a full tank of gas before driving it away. I got five minutes down the road and my low fuel light came on. They did however change the oil. I didn’t feel like I got the full car buying experience.
The worst experience with a car dealer ever. Have 8 emails back and forth about a car. They knew i was driving 87 miles to come there. An hour before i leave to come they vehicle is still there. I leave work drive up there and the vehicle is gone. Not an email say it sold or anything. Wasted time off work and gas to drive there. Guys outside didnt even care. I do not recommend. 1 star only cause i cant give 0
I called and was told by someone(very shaky voice) that car was no longer available and hung
up. Later that day I received an e-mail saying it was still available. What to believe?? They
seemed be in a big rush to sell you the car and deliver to my home. I had some questions
about the vehicle (interior color) and wanted to talk more about warranties etc. I tried calling back but an answering machine said no-one was available and to go to their

I ended up getting another car but overall it was a good place! I drove from lots to lots. Wish I made this my 1st spot they had so many options My head was spinning in a good way. The experience was a lesson for sure. From the Anthony who greeted us at the door and explained how to look up the cars we were looking at (Due to Covid people don't walk around with you) from the test drive with John M. He was extremely professional and answered all my questions that I had. Jarkarquisa in Finance made sure I understood all my options as well as the extended warranty which I RECOMEND Highly! To Myriam at signing! They were all extremely helpful and seemed to really like their jobs which is hard to find now a days! I wont lie I was there for hours due to limited staff it took about 30 minutes just to do a test drive! But in the end I LOVE MY CAR. The no haggle experience and friendly workers made it a 5 Star!!! Will go back for my next car too!!!

I was very interested in a 2017 Lexus they had listed for sale on their lot . I leased the same color Lexus in 2016 and I'm sorry I just didn't buy it at the end of the lease. I called them and emailed them starting on 5/22/20 getting 28 email responses back from them. Each one showing the price of $19,994. I got a loan from an outside lender and also from lenders at their dealership. Drove over on 5/30/20 test drove this car vin.# 58ABK1GG4HU051361, liked it ( I also looked at another Lexus), got my trade appraised , did my credit app. got a great loan rate of 4.40 % They gave my a CARFAX to look over and was then called into the business to go over the paperwork, this is where it all fell apart The price jumped from $19,994 to $20,994 even after I showed them their internet add with the lower price. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED ! . DONT BUY HERE !

I waited an hour to get the car driven because there was a tough thunderstorm coming through. Once it was done, they went to the car and said it was soaking wet inside. So needless to say I was pretty disappointed. Ended up driving a similar vehicle but no where near as nice. I’m a little upset about that.

They sent out " we can help " emails. Even talked to an associate 1 time.
But when it came time to come in to make that purchase... I could never get in touch with them?? Phone rang..voice mail said try your call again if calling between working hours... which I was, but I was never able to break through... I Went somewhere else and purchased a Lexus that same afternoon.

Not sure how to describe my experience with this place but is kind of different when you come here vs other dealership. They have the car at better price but in my opinion if you want to buy a car here take the whole day cause you have to look each car that you like to ensure that the car the you like don’t have accidents or sloppy repairs. I went to see used Maximas & each car that we see have dents, big scratches on the car & rims, also some cars smells like when they came out from the shop after get painted. Worst part is on the web page says no accident. I open some cars that the trunk was really bend due to a rear collision.
I came here a couple years ago and looks like they have a ton of more cars but not sure if I will spend my money here.
I never experienced a bad customer service here but is different from other dealership. My rating is based on the poor quality of the cars. Is obvious that they buy the cars from auctions but they have some good prices.

On most vehicles we are $1000 to $6000 below market we cant possibly fix every scratch and ding the vehicle has with our slim mark ups. For example its normal for many vehicle to have curb rash on the wheels because they are used and it costs about $100 per wheel to fix curb rash but we cant make that decision for the customer because the vast majority of shoppers dont want to spend few hundreds more and they would rather live with few scratches here

I did not have a pleasant experience with this dealership, and would not go back again because firstly, I like having lots of information before I make big decisions. The particular person that I went through gave me little to no information unless I asked questions, and he also did not know many answers. If it wasn’t for me asking so many questions he would’ve charged me for bells and whistle’s that I told him upfront that I didn’t want. He was not very friendly and whenever customers called on the phone, he would try to rush them off and roll his eyes a lot. I know Car sales people have to make money, but I feel as if I was trying to be cheated and I still bought the car I just wanted more information, so the annoyance was uncalled for in my opinion.

I was preapproved for this vehicle I showed up to finish the paperwork. When he came back from the manager Office. That the price of the car has increased he don’t know why .WOW)...really but he help me a better finance rate.he had a better rate payments between $350 and $315 so i how my paperwork Work where I was preapproved payments was $250 and $264 so I ask him was that included my down payment he say yes.If the vehicle cost $15,994 with the down payment of $3000 I will be a fool to pay $350 $315 for 72 months there’s one thing I do not like in life with someone tried to price guys on a vehicle when they post how much it cost in black-and-white thanks but no thanks it’s not worth it Mr. Beaty ☹️☹️☹️☹️

All cars had damage to them of some sorts.
We looked at 4 different cars 2 Honda
Accords and 2 Kia Optimas both Honda’s
had been hit the front bumpers had moved
front wing on one had moved didn’t line up.
And on the 2017 white optima had a 3 inch
edge on the hood where the paint was
missing not sure how that happened as it
was the top edge near the wind shield.

I never once got a sales person. They gave me an extreme lowball offer on my excellent condition vehicle which is valued 5k below kbb for trade in at dealers, and they only drove it up the car lot. Employees got in a huge fight 10 feet away from us. Not one apology. It just blew me away how unprofessional this place is. I was gonna look at 2 trucks here. But my the first one, I was out. Nobody cared about me trying to spend my money there whatsoever. I already had a preapproval with capital one in my hand! Smh. I will never bring my business here again. Customer service goes a long way! It takes a lot for me to write a bad review on someone, but my goodness this was the worst I’ve ever been treated at a dealership. By far.

Ok experience, people were friendly enough and totally non-pressuring.
Although the process is listed in their web posted price info (fine print), it is still very unfortunate that the lower internet price shown is only good if you use their unattainable, in-house financing. Price was $1,000 more for us because we brought our own financing to the deal. We did not pay the $16,994 listed above, but had to pay $17,694. That part left a bad taste on the car deal.

Ended up buying the truck I went to look at. They approved me with my 660 credit score. It was a little hectic on the weekend, but they sell a lot or vehicles and people are coming and going and it was about a 15 minute wait to test drive it. All in all a good experience and I'm very happy with my purchase.
EVO Motors is top notch! They offer fantastic deals on cars without all the fluff of a traditional dealer. Because the price was so low I was able to get the extended warranty and still come out ahead! Do not go there expecting perfect cars because most of them have a few little minor issues. My Wife loves her Lexus at half the price of the Original MSRP!!!

They replied to my email fairly promptly. However, upon inspecting the Carfax I saw the car had been in four different accidents, so I found a better car at a different dealership and bought it. Not sure of their fees because we didn’t get that far.

Not the best experience AT ALL. I had a few cars I wanted to look at before making a choice, but they have no car salesman. Just people that will take you for a test drive. So I ended up just test driving one because they literally took 2 1/2 hours just to test drive. I was there for almost 5 HOURS. With an approval! The price they show on car gurus is not the price of the vehicle. It would only be the price on Car Gurus if you go through THEIR financing. They will also make you feel stupid for not reading the fine print. Because it clearly states if u do not go with our financing we will charge your the original price of the vehicle. Which is 1k more. They also didn’t wash my car like they said they would because they were closing while I was still there. Smh. I’m honestly not even happy with my car.

I made an appointment to test drive, after driving a hundred miles and waiting an hour they told me that they sold the vehicle that morning. Told me that they do that all the time. I know they do a great volume of business so I guess they can treat people with great disrespect and get away with it, I would never take their word when talking to them or texting they lie

A sales person contacted me by email promptly next day after my inquiry.
I went to see cars at Evo Motors, I was very impressed with how professional they
are and how accommodating they are. First, the prices are bellow market value and
they have a very knowledgeable staff with Car Fax/Info ready for all cars. I talked to
Jeffery/AB he helped me get 2 cars to test drive and inspect. I did not buy car from
them yet but will go visit again to pick one for sure. GREAT experience!!
On-site experience was great, customer service was friendly and accommodating
and overall impression is GREAT and already recommend EVM to my friends.

At first Evo Motors was difficult to deal with. However, after much conversation, they did meet my needs. They completed a few repairs I requested, did an oil change, topped the fluids and detailed the car before we left the lot. However, they did not have the means to fill the tank and I was a bit disappointed in that. They, do not have high pressure salesmen - which is good. They post a no haggle price. The problem they do have is their limited form of taking payment. They want you to finance. It's a shame when you actually do not want to finance and have to beg and barter for people to take your money. Overall, I received a fair deal. Knowing their limitations I could possibly buy from the again. But most have everything I need set up in advance, as it is a two hour drive one way to their lot and I cannot as they said, "come back tomorrow".

I arrived at Evo Motors , which is a 45 minute drive for me. I asked to see the car in question . It took them 25 minutes to bring the car to me to see . while I was waiting a Young Woman asked me if I wanted to see the Carfax . The car in question was supposed to be one owner no accident. The Carfax said 2 owners and 2 accidents. The car was brought to me and it was not a nice car the paint did not match in several areas of the car . A salesman then was very rude telling me they are not responsible for whats on Car Gurus . He tried to show me another car like I wanted but it had damage al over the car and the wrong engine . He just walked away from me and my son . We left at that point . They are terrible at customer service and the cars are not as advertised. I will Never go back there and will tell anyone that I know and meet not to go there .

We found Evo Motors thru CarGurus. We had never heard of them but after our experience we will not go to another dealership...ever!! The moment we arrived to the lot my husband and I were wondering where all the salesman were....come to find out you look around with no pressure, find the car you want to test drive and go the office with the VIN # and they bring it to you and you are test driving the car before you know it. There are no negotiations or sitting with a salesman running numbers on you! The prices are SO LOW you don't have to negotiate! This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle and I will not go anywhere else. If you are looking for a new USED car EVO motors is the place to go!!! Not a traditional dealer experience, but still came out happy nonetheless. They have a deal where they select 5 new cars a week that are sent to auction, so they’re able to sell their cars for very cheap which is great. Most have had some kind of accident report but they are transparent about this. The place is SO busy on even weekdays that you don’t really deal with a sales rep while looking at cars. Basically you should come in with the cars you’ve found online that you’d like to test drive, you put your name down on a list and wait for someone with little to no knowledge on cars to bring up the vehicle and ride along with you during the test drive. If you decide you like it then you go forward with an actual sales rep. They trick you to coming in by putting a price online that is $1000 cheaper than the actual asking price because they expect you to go with one of their partnered banks for financing or pay in cash. If not, price firmly goes up $1000 and they will not budge at all.

I was not impressed. I guess I never heard of a used car lot that has no car salesman. You are instructed to go look and see if there is anything you like in the lot and let them know and they will bring the car around so you can test drive. We waited 30 minutes for them to bring the car around and then we got tired of waiting and left.

I can only review my personal experience. It was not possible to speak to directly to anyone who could answer questions about the car I was inquiring about. All of the telephone operators were friendly & seemed caring trying to transfer me to the right person to speak with but had several failed attempts throughout the day to be able to put me through to a person who could answer questions about the car I was interested in. However, not long before closing I was able to speak to someone that was not exactly the person I needed to speak to. On the other hand, he was at least able to verify for me the fact that the listing was not accurate, indeed the photos & description of the car did not match. I was pleasantly surprised that although they we about to close. I did notice the description was corrected right away. Tip: He mentioned to go by the photos and not the description due to human errors.

Went to Evo for a test drive - long line, waited almost 2 hours and they said it was a slow day. Not knowledgeable about the cars. We were
still interested in the car even with the long wait (had to wait another 45 minutes for a sales person) but the experience between the drive and
the sales guy was not good. They do not negotiate on price at all, even for cash. There was no warranty even though the sticker on the car
said there was. This is really just a "buy here pay here lot" with financing available. I will give it 2 stars because the car was on the lot and
was exactly as advertised but I will not buy a car from them; we were treated like cattle.

I like how this dealership operates. Doesn't hassle you or pressure you to buy anything from them, unlike your regular dealerships. You pick the car you like, you check it out and test drive it, and if you like it, you make an offer. Just make sure you go above and beyond when you're checking the vehicle because most of it were bought off auction lots so it's either they have previous accidents or have damages. I brought an OBD reader with me and it really helped me out when Deciding to buy or not. I test drived 3 cars and made an offer on one, and while I was waiting in the office , that's when I notice a broken grill in the front so I backed out. But inspite all that, I never feel pressured to buy, and I appreciated that.

This is not your typical dealership nor should you expect it to be. This dealership buys their cars at auction and pass the savings on to you. Most if not all vehicles have less than 50k miles. The price online is the no haggle price of the vehicle. If the vehicle does not meet your standards look at another vehicle. They don’t have sales people so don’t expect anyone to hound you as soon as you hit their lot. You tell them the Vin number of the car you want to test drive and go for a short drive around the block. You may ask to go for a longer drive if you want. The people taking you for a test drive usually know nothing about the vehicle so do your research prior or look over the car as long as you want. They disclosed a full Carfax. There is no hidden costs so read the important info on their web page. I was pre-approved for financing so when I found the vehicle I wanted the process was very quick.,

Absolutely Terrible. So Disappointed. They are as unaccommodating as
is humanly possible. I am an out of state buyer and they do not do remote
paperwork. (unlike every other dealership in America) They would not hold
the car with a deposit while I fly 1400 miles (and incur extra expenses) to
get there to buy the car. They have the audacity to say they are $3-4,000
less than other cars. UNTRUE! I did my research and I know the value for
the car I am looking for. After reading other reviews I realized they did me
the favor. They only allow you financing through their dealership and the
interest rate is high. If you use something else they charge you more for
the car and they charge you $599 for their paperwork. RIDICULOUS!!
Very Frustrating and very disappointing! Why advertise on CarGurus if you
will not at least try to help an out of state buyer. I could have flown all the
way there and the care may have been sold ad they just simply DO NOT

Bought a vehicle in 2017. The price of their cars were reasonable. People should search car fax cause many of their cars have been been in accidents. Felt that the dealer fees were on the high side which offset the cost of the vehicle. Extended warranty was high too. They did get financing for a reasonable interest rate. I did not like that SUNCOAST Credit union was not on their approved list of financial institutions.

Love the no nonsense approach to selling their cars.Wife and myself arrived at 6:30 and drove our car home at 8:15. Love that they have the Vargas on hand when you pick the car you want.
The dealership was not a comfortable place to buy a car. There were some employees in Evo Motors shirts, others in all kinds of attire, including a white undershirt (the person who showed us 2 cars). Lots of tattoos. The first car our salesman brought to us smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke, we couldn't even get in the car. We took a second car for a test drive and were directed to drive down several bumpy, degraded roads, giving us no feel for the car at speed. When we asked questions about the car and features, the salesman knew nothing about the car. We could not get away from this car dealership fast enough.

It was a different experience than the traditional dealership sales system. No pressure, you look at as many cars as you like. Financing is available, but I’d recommend getting it done before you go since they can get very busy. Keith, Mac, Zac and Fred were all great to work with.

Horrible experience. Car was filthy & they said they washed it, remote start didnt work, rims were bent, tires were in horrible shape, front panel was popped out! Car had been in an unreported accident that was obvious if someone wouldve just spent 5minutes to walk around the car. It shouldve been reported to us before we traveled hours to try to purchase. This is not a dealership! Its a huge car lot & the workers have no time to look at the cars so therefore they dont have a clue as to what is wrong with each vehicle. Gas gauge was broken & we ran out of gas on test drive. They say they only put $6 of gas in each vehicle. But they want u to spend 30k. There's alot of shady stuff going on here. They also have no clue how to deal with out of state deals. Let me say, although we wasted hours driving here, afterall, we didn't purchase from here, & I'm extremely happy we didnt. The pictures dont show all the flaws of their vehicles & their workers wont give u the time of day to be honest about the condition of the vehicle. The cost to get things up to par on the vehicle would've cost thousands. & not once did they compromise on price after discovering all of the flaws. There were many other buyers who got there and discovered the car that they were interested in also had some unreported damage. How do i know this? Well because when you go to talk numbers & private info, everybody is in the same room. Smh! No privacy whatsoever. Buyer beware! Very unprofessional & shady vibes.

I ended up with an Equinox that was more expensive after I saw the Carfax on this one. The wait was too long but everybody was very attentive and nice. They are all very helpful and professional when it comes to sales. My only dissatisfaction was that I had to take the car for service some other day and again, I had to wait too long. I did not pay attention when they gave me my car back (since I wanted to leave), and it had a dent that didn't have before, plus they did something with the service that the gas pedal feels "rough" and the car is a little noisy now. I did not call back the same day since it was too late and the day after was Christmas Eve and the 5 days for coming back expired that same day. Also, I was afraid that by coming back, something else would come out wrong with the car. I fell in love as soon as I drove it, but now I am just okay with what I have.

Exceptional service with a smile. Never had such an easy experience buying a car. No pressure salesmen as the super low prices do all the selling necessary. The service department went above and beyond after the sale which secured me as a customer for life. No reason to but a car anywhere else.
Everyone at Evo was wonderful. They were quick to get back with me about the car. I bought this car and I love it. The process was very quick and easy. Which really says a lot because they were very busy. I did buy the extended warranty but I wasn't pressured to do so. Jakarquisa explained the benefits and I purchased it based on the facts. acknowledge my questions. So I sent the email a 2nd time asking in a more
direct manner & I received the same identical generic response. I reply to their
response asking for details but they never reply to any emails but the initial one &
again, it's a generic response.
My description of events occurred as stated above but the company did

professional car sales. No cars older than 4 years. Be prepared that you will only get a valet key with your purchase so try and negotiate the price to include replacement keys. They will attempt to include an extended warranty but they don't tell you what it costs unless you ask. Its not cheap. Arrange financing either theirs or yours prior to visiting. Have an idea of what car in their inventory your interested in because they have many vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a great deal on a 1-4 year old used car. Their prices are good. They guarantee these are not vehicles acquired from natural disasters and will provide a Carfax report free of charge.

No pushing to earn your business so you , lots of cars and people in there they need more sales people for the volume they handle, they in majority auction vehicles with damage of some source that is been take care before hit the sales lot , nothing bad to said about the dealer just price reflect market conditions so they are in range with well name know dealers and on that point for me I'm going to put my money where I get more security on the source of the vehicle, now if you are mechanic and you have good eye, you can get cars here for sure, or at least you can spot what needs to be done and maybe work with them around that. I love the way they dont pester you ,they had keys in every car so you can just jump in crank up and listen and look over the car that was awsome because it forced me to look at other cars that i didnt come their to view.But once you stood up long enough by a car the guys come running to see if you had any questions about the car or did you want to test drive.I did not get to purchase a car that day because the car i came to see did not have some features that i wanted which turned out to be a blessing because hurricane Irma pusehed a tree into my granny house and had to use some of my car money to help fix her roof but ill be back after i save up some more money.

The dealer responded promptly, supplyied all the requested information quickly, and was honest. The description on CarGurus did not include the notification pf an accident or theft; however, the desler was upfront about both and forwarded me the Carfax to afford me the right to make an informed decision. I will definitely consider them as I continue my search.

Actually I was just there! Wasn't even given the opportunity to do anything. Driving in was tight, I had been instructed into a parking spot by one of your employees so he could get a car out.
As I was in reverse looking back to move... some guy out of the service center knocks on my window and rudely told me I couldn't park there! I was in reverse!!!

They didn't really want to be bothered. Made me drive 2 plus hrs just to tell me something they could have told me on the phone. Also They will not do any loans with credit unions. So if you belong to one and get approve by your bank don't bother. They will only deal with there banks.

They have low prices and won't come down a penny. But it comes at a cost. The place is unorganized and unprofessional. The workers don't make commission, so you are bounced around between people who are too busy and don't really care. They don't take much outside financing so they try to stick you with theirs, which doubled our pre-approval. They tried to give us pennies for our trade in. They make their money back from you, even if the sticker price is low.

The car was really dirty when looking at it, and the sales rep was not knowledgeable on the car's specifications. They don't do real trade-ins so don't go there if you need a trade in as your down payment.

I asked if he had a hyundai or a cruze with xm radio. He sent me a link to every car he had on the lot instead of just the ones with xm radio. I am a realtor. If someone asked for a house with 4 bedrooms in a certain area i don't send them every house on the market in that area. I send them what they ask me for. I don't ask them to do my job. I just don't have time in my day to go through every single car. So after i went through 3 pages of all kinds of cars i was not interested in. I quit and moved on to other dealers.

I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a car to go to Evo Motors. Even with going on a Saturday and it being busy, within 5 minutes of being there (if that long) we had staff coming up to us asking if they could help. Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. They had no hidden fees, didn't add anything on without my say so. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain anything that I had a question on. I definitely had an excellent experience here.

Got me in and out without pressure.
Dealer withheld information and was very impersonal. Did not attempt to contact via phone about the vehicle and when I contacted them he seemed rushed. They took my credit application & ran it, effecting my credit, then after a weeks worth of emails told & agreeing to purchase the vehicle told me I would have to come in person to pick up the vehicle rather than transferring it when they were aware the whole time I live in Dallas. This should've been discussed up front and they should've made every effort to get me the vehicle at that point.

I will be objective in rating Evo Motors -
Pros :
1. They offer haggle-free deals, meaning you already know their best
price on offer.
2. They told me upfront that all cars below a certain price range were in
an accident.
Cons:
1. Some of the agents are not very polite in their interactions, and if you
are used to the pleasing sales people from other dealerships, you may
not be too happy talking to them.
2. The car I went to see (which they confirmed as available before I
started from home) was not there and I was told it was sold last evening.
3. I had a pre-approved loan from my bank with 2.75% interest rate, but
Evo motors doesn't accept finance from outside banks. They have tie-
ups with few of their own and the best they could offer was 7.5% (though
my credit score is 768).

I do see that you qualified for a rate of 2.69% with one of our prime lenders which is lower than what you have but unfortunately that specific lender requires that you be a US citizen thats why you were not offered that rate at the time instead you qualified for a higher rate with a lender that didnt have that requirement. the buying process was not what I'm use to but incredibly hastle free...no price negotiations. If you like the car and need financing they will handle the financing for you. Their interest rate was even lower than my credit union. Within 2 hours I had traded in my car and was driving a pre-owned Infiniti home. The office personnel is a little disorganized but very friendly and courteous..i have no buyer's remorse..

Great experience with lots of good deals on the lot went in on a Saturday it was crazy busy so we put a deposit and came back and closed the deal on Monday. Can't beat the interest rate they got us prices are way below market on almost everything got the car with 100k miles warranty and gap insurance still payment below $290. Great dealership

I can't speak for all of them, however, the salesman that I was working with was not very helpful and rude. Also, they company does not like to let a person test drive a vehicle unless the customer is sure they are purchasing it. Well that's backwards and counter productive. The point of test driving is to help decide if that's the vehicle the person is looking for. Furthermore, they have a lot of fees, such as; a $200 fee for already being preapproved. They told me it was an outside financing fee. They also have a high document fee and titling fee. I would not recommend them to my enemies let alone family or friends.

Nice place you don't get 10 sales people jump on you the minute you park your car instead they don't bother you if you just want to look around but when we asked for help we got attended to immediately because we couldn't find the car we were looking for. Their finance rate was slightly lower than my credit union so I used one of their banks. Salesman was very nice and was a quick purchase. Sunroof stopped working few days later not their fault lucky I got thier extended warranty only had to pay my $50 deductible over all good experience

Overall experience has been good. Staff, in particular Moe,
were friendly and offered all the information on each of the
selected/ shortlisted cars. In fact, once they understood the
requirement, they offered the best possible option to us. The
process helped me to close out a good deal !!! Thanks for

However, one point that may need improvement is
information on the car should be forthcoming in the
Advertisement. If a car has an accident, it needs to be called
out rather than informed during your visit to the dealer store.
Although, Evo motors explained that any person can reach
out to them and ask for more information, point is can this
be posted online without a need for asking.

Can I do ZERO STARS? Tried to contact them by email. After the third try
they gave vague information. Went to their website. Filled out a credit
app and called immediately afterwards. The first sales rep had difficulty
with English and was uninterested in my call.. I called and got another
sales rep.
He had my information.. The first question asked? How much are you
putting down? (RED FLAG) I said, "my trade.." He asked what kind of
car? I told him the make and the year and he said those cars (Ford
Taurus) don't hold their value. We can take it off your hands for crush
cost of an additional $200.00 So I needed to PAY THEM to take the car I
drive every day that's a great car? I hung up.. You will too.. Don't waste
your time with these scam artists. No haggle doesn't mean no hassle!

Overall a very good experience. I had found the car I was most interested
in and my son and I went over to see it in more detail and drive it. It was
raining. Vehicle was pretty much as described on the website. You don't
have the opportunity to test drive it on the highway, just around a local
block or two. I did find that if you question details about what you see in
your physical inspection, they will refer you to the CarFax (which was clean
and clear) and just tell you it is a used car and they have little to no idea
how this or that might have happened. They do leave you alone so that
you have private time to look over the vehicle in great detail. They did go
above and beyond in the financing area as I came in pre-approved by my
credit union. It took almost no time at all to do paperwork. Detailing on the
car is minimal, though overall cars are pretty clean for being used and on
the lot. I noticed a fender lining missing later in the evening after returning
home and called them about it. I ordered the part and they kind enough to
tell me they would install it for me. The guys are really a nice, friendly little
group. You get the feel of a comfortable mom 'n pop shop, not your high
pressure sales bait 'n switch high stress car dealership. I asked for the
bottom line price out the door and that is exactly what I received. You
cannot beat their 'dealer fee' of <$400, then just tax and the
registration/tags transfer was exactly what it really costs from the DMV not
some jacked up outrageous price with the promise of a 'refund check' like
all other dealers. I got a great car at a very affordable price and I would
highly recommend this dealership to others. Do your homework, give the
vehicle a very detailed look over, drive it for sure. You won't be
disappointed working with Fred, Mike, Ivan and the others.
I bought a vehicle from Evo almost 2 months ago. I had been researching for
months, and this dealership consistently had nice vehicles and very good
prices. Evo responded quickly to my requests for vehicle details and a
Carfax. When I took the car for a test drive, they were very helpful and
accommodating.
The dealership is extremely busy on Saturdays, so if you go then, be
prepared to wait. Alex and Fred are both great at taking care of people. I
recommend this dealership.

This was the simplest car purchase I have ever made and I have made at
least a dozen of them. The whole transaction was completed in less than
an hour, including taking it out for a test drive. The car was exactly as
advertised and the price was very competitive. Fred was a great guy to
deal with.
Smaller type lot, but a nice selection of vehicles at competitive pricing. If
you need a black car with dark interior...this is your place. They quickly
responded to an email inquiry. They were very busy on the Saturday we
went in, but Fred greeted us quickly and we were handed the keys to 3
different cars we came to see and allowed us to examine them before
test driving them. Ultimately I bought from another dealer that day that
had a Hybrid we had our eye on. Will definitely be back when we look to
replace my wife's car.

I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Maxima SV with 27,000
miles. The price was already reduced lower then most
competitors. The car drives great and I have no complaints
thus far. It still has some manufacturer warranty left so I didn't
have to purchase extended warranty coverage. Although was
disappointed that the sales manager was firm on the price and
would not negotiate on the price when I had cash money. I had
to leave and go to the bank to get a cashiers check because
they wouldn't accept a check from another county. They half
washed the car and sold it to me on empty. I had to ask for the
floor mats and manual because they were not in the car after I
purchased it. Good car, good price and so so service.

Good prices and good experience. The only downside was that we didn’t get any gas with the car and finance paperwork took a little long because we had people ahead of us and they only had one finance person. We felt comfortable purchasing from them because this dealership is like an open kitchen restaurant. As we were walking their lot looking at cars we can see inside their mechanic shop how they are servicing the vehicles before offering them. The car we bought turned out to be very nice and we confirmed that with our mechanic the next day after we purchased it.

They don’t negotiate but prices are below market on most of their cars. I guess after all No Haggle pricing makes it more easy to deal. Their website is very friendly and easy to navigate. Didn’t like that they only had three sales people on a busy Saturday, it took 15 minutes to be able to go on a test drive. They do service their cars as they say on their website the salesman walked me thru their shop where I saw them replacing the brakes on a vehicle and changing the oil on another, seemed to be very efficient operation which explains why their price is lower than bigger dealers. I liked that their cars are clean and detailed very well. I still didn’t buy a vehicle yet because of my budget and they only carry two or three years old cars and my budget was just under ten thousand but I will go back to them once I saved up a little more.
