bought it from a friend for $700. it has a 4" lift and 31.5" tires but i'm going bigger. its a v6 but i have a dead cylinder so i gotta rebuild the engine. truck is unstoppable off road! fun truck. easy maintainance.

3L V6 has plenty of grunt, solid build, looks like a proper truck not a chelsea tractor. Fun to drive, pisses the neighbours off, goes anywhere, uber reliable. ready for camping in the summer :) SSRX has recaro interior, ours also has a 2" lift.

Love my Hilux its too bad its only a 4 cyl diesel but it does pretty good commuting, and hauling around family. What it lacks for power it makes up for looks, durability and comfort. Its also wise that i put in Sirius sat. radio makes for great road trips and camping trips

I've had alternator problems and now an unidentified engine noise. Its very comfy and the load space is brilliant. It handles off road action with ease, however there is a large overhang behind the rear wheels. It does nearly 350kms per 50 litres of fuel.
