Bought the station wagon model in 2002. I love it. The handling is great;it has enough power if i need get pass somebody in a hurry. The sound system is excellent. The trunk area is roomy enough to food shop for a family of six. Don't like the fact that the backseat windows only go down half way. The only maintenance needed was the basic oil change, tire rotation, new tires and breaks.Gas mileage is great. The overall appearance is stylish. It's really fun to drive. The price was right when i bought it didn't have alot of money at the time. Still glad that i made the purchase.

The car was put together like it was made out of a bunch of Legos and powered by a rubber band in the engine compartment, the only saving grace for this car was that it handled fairly decently for the price, but I honestly felt like it was going to fall apart on me anytime. As for appearance it reminded me of a honda Civic that had been put in a car crusher and shortened, while at the same time raising the roof line. It got decent gas mileage, but it was still only in the mid 20's and not worth the rest of the car just to save a few cents at the pump.

The Aerio has a 2.3 liter 4 cylinder engine with 155 horse power. The engine has 152 ft. pounds of torque. The car gets 24 miles to a gallon on city and 29 gallons on the highway. The interior has black cloth seats. The car handles pretty good though.

overall it's a great car I ever had. with ABS, ABD I feel safe to drive it even it's raining hard. interior has a lot of space for driver and passanger, and I can put the audio with 1 subwoofer at the trunk. First time I tested on the highway, I got 140km/h without losing torque at any speed. good value! nice ride buddy!!

The Suzuki Aerio compact sedan hit the market in 2001, replacing the Esteem/Baleeno. This model has built a well-known reputation as an inexpensive ride with good gas mileage. The inaugural Aerio started with a 2.0-liter, 145-hp inline four powertrain. For 2003, Suzuki unveiled the Aerio SX, a sportier SUV-like model.
In 2004, Suzuki replaced the 145-hp I4 engine with a 2.3-L, 155-hp inline four. Aside from some exterior and interior updates, the Aerio kept the same engine and base features through 2007. No one will mistake this model for a Civic or a Camry, but budget-conscious drivers who don't need a juiced-up V6 should kick the tires.
