Interior and exterior are very clean and well kept. This vehicle has no driving issues, but there is a chance this vehicle will soon need a head gasket repair due to white/yellow foam I observed in the oil filled neck after my test drive.

It's an amazing car. The car is valued at a great price. It's only missing a suspension upgrade, however it's current suspension should last some time. I would compare it to a 2019 or 2020 in terms of milage and quality.

Reviewed a 2010 Subaru Impreza WRX on Feb 6, 2025
I only recently became aware of the WRX and I wrote a letter to Lamborghini saying that after 40 years of thinking any real driver would want their cars. No, the WRX is my dream car! It’s the most beautiful relationship with asphalt ever built. No one complains about the WRX, this car has made grown men cry. If you’re a serious driver, you will need to see the Subaru WRX community — it towers over every other vehicle. It’s got a rally car’s soul.

Why it stands out
The 2014 Subaru Impreza WRX stands out as a focused performance sedan that still manages to be practical enough for everyday use. In this generation, Subaru paired the WRX STI’s rally-bred character with standard all-wheel drive, a six-speed manual transmission, and a turbocharged 2.5-liter boxer four-cylinder engine. It also brought performance hardware such as the Driver Controlled Center Differential, Multi-mode Vehicle Dynamics Control, Subaru Intelligent Drive, Super Sport ABS, and Brembo brakes, all of which reinforce its reputation as a serious driver’s car rather than just a sporty badge.
For 2014, the car carried over with minimal changes, and the navigation system gained Aha smartphone connectivity software. The cabin included a 7-inch navigation screen, Bluetooth, automatic climate control, and aux inputs, which helped make the car more usable than its aggressive styling might suggest. At the same time, the WRX STI remained uncompromising in some ways: the ride is stiff, the back seat is tight, the trunk is nothing remarkable, and the sound system is underwhelming. Those tradeoffs are part of the appeal for buyers who want a compact performance car with real all-weather capability and a strong enthusiast following.
