He didn't pressure me and was open about what issues each car had including ones that were not immediately visible, and when other ones came up during conversation about his experiences with the cars. Some problems were identified on the car I bought and they were taken care of. Good recommendations for local Saab mechanics, sources of parts for my old Saab. Would have no problem going back again (and probably will)."
