Customers say
The Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight Royale has garnered praise from owners for its comfort, reliability, and solid performance. Many drivers appreciate the spacious interior and smooth ride, feeling like they are riding on a cloud. However, some reviewers express disappointment with the vehicle's fuel economy and interior quality, noting that it may not be the best choice for everyone. Overall, this car is a dependable choice for those prioritizing comfort and roominess over cutting-edge technology or sporty performance.

This was my first car so of course I'm always gonna love it. For one this thing is sturdy, a mac truck couldnt put a dent in it, well it could but you know what I mean. With this car its all about comfort; there is plenty of room, I mean the inside of this car is huge! It drives real solid, the only problem I had with this car is that sometimes it shifted a little hard but I admit that I wasn't all that nice to it. I love how the breaks worked, you always eased into a stop, I hate how touchy the breaks are on these new cars. Gas mileage wasn't too good but it's an older car with a v6 engine so you can't really expect a whole lot from it. But dont get me wrong it had plenty of power. Definately the best car that I ever owned, the reason I no longer drive it is because someone had misdiagnosed it and put a new fuel pump in wrong and messed up the engine. I couldn't afford to put a new engine in so now it's sitting in front of my house waiting for me to save up enough money to get it fixed. :)

he most reliable Car I have ever had the pleasure of owning. - THIS is the car, the colour, the rims, an exact match to the one I had owned... for 6 years!! I was the second owner, and picked it up at 90kms on the OD. The 3.8 engine, when well maintained is almost bull...et-proof. The transmission WAS bullet-proof. This car only ever saw mid to high grade fuel. Oil change every 3 months and regular tire rotations. The ride was great, the concert sound stock stereo was awesome. I was looking forward to owning the next generation of Olds 88's when the news came down... they killed the Olds line... >.< and to be honest, I think my car hard that, because shortly there after the engine quit
