This little hatchback was slow, but it did something no other car I owned did as well: it went over Rocky Top. those of you who live near it know what a feat that is. It was good on gas, but not great.

Terrible. Drives Like A Piece Of Crap. Made Very Cheap. Fell Apart By 1990. Transmission Went Out In 2003. Bought New One In 2004. Spent $100 Dollars On This Clunker! Is Not Fun To Drive. In 2007, Head Gasket Blew . Started The Car The Next Day And Smoke Was Blowing Out From Under The Hood! Has Sat In My Garage Since. Dont Buy A Mitsubishi!

My Friend Also Owns A 1989 Mitsubishi Precis And Belive Me Its Just As Bad As Mine. Still, A Terrible Car. He Said It Costed Way Too Much To Own. He Told Me That It Was So Scary Driving It He Wanted To Sell It.

I hated that the clutch cable alwase snaped on it good thing is that it was a cheap part. I got beter gas milage out of a 99 Chevy suburban than that thing and I had to put oil in it constantly. Handaling was probly the best thing for a front weel drive I could drift it and recover with out spinning out unless it was in the rain then it was horribal. Finally I cracked the block and had it towed out. Over all I didn't realy like it and it was cramped
