1994 Mercury Villager 3 Dr GS Passenger Van Review
by Brigette

Handled nice and was very reliable.

Again, I just don't like minivans but of the two that I have owned, this one was the best one. It was reliable and fun to drive and fit my family nicely. I would recommend it to any family although now, it's a bit old.

Avg. Dealer Rating: (15 reviews) "I was contacted by the dealership we discussed financing for the vehicle I was looking at. I drove 3 hours to their dealership, when I arrived they told me that the car was a cash only sale. They knew I was driving that far and did not call to tell me financing was no longer available. Before entering the office I looked the car over, all 4 tires were bald and showing wires. I asked the salesman if they're vehicles were inspected before going on the lot. He said " all vehicles go through a very extensive and intense look over". I advised him that I had already seen the car and that the tires were bad, salesman said " oh yeah the front passenger one" I said " no all 4 were worn down to the wire and I will have to leave the dealership and go straight to the tire shop before I can even drive home" and I felt they should put new tires on it in order for me to consider buying the car. Salesman said I would still have to pay full price, which was about 500 dollars more than they previously stated, and they can give me a small discount on tires. I said that wasn't good enough so he tried selling me different cars that were $7000 more then I had intended to spend. I didn't like that either. He met me in the parking lot and tried again stating he could do free tires but they would be used and still pay 500 more than previously agreed on. They didn't want to work with me on hardly anything. Didn't care about what I told them I was looking to spend. Could have called me before making a 3 hour drive to tell me they changed their mind about financing. The car I looked at blue booked for $667 dollars less than they were listing it for and then they we're adding $500 on top of it after tax title and license. I would not recommend this place to anybody for any vehicle they have on their listings."
