Used Ford Bronco for Sale nearEureka, CA

How much does the Ford Bronco cost in today's market?

Used Ford Bronco prices span a wide range depending on model year. Here's what the market looks like right now:

The Ford Bronco's current nationwide average price is $42,943, and over the past year that nationwide average reached a low of $42,152. That recent floor suggests pricing has eased somewhat for shoppers watching the market closely.

Recently, prices have come down for the 2023, 2024, and 2025 models, making now a good time to shop recent model years.

Is the Ford Bronco a good car?

Yes — the Ford Bronco earns strong marks from owners for its rugged character and broad appeal. The all-generations owner rating is 4.51/5 across every model year in the data.

Owners consistently praise the Bronco's off-road capability, stylish design, and fun driving experience. Comfort and versatility also come up often, especially for shoppers who want an SUV that feels adventurous without giving up everyday usability.

Expert reviews rate the 2023 and 2022 models among the highest across all years.

The main trade-offs are fuel economy, cabin noise, and value, especially on higher-priced versions. 34.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

Are Ford Bronco models reliable?

Owners consistently praise the Bronco for its rugged performance, off-road capability, and strong overall driving experience. Expert feedback also points to a model that blends serious trail hardware with everyday usability.

• Owners rate the Ford Bronco between 4.27 and 5.0 out of 5 stars across all model years in the data.

For used buyers, long-term ownership risk is shaped more by how the vehicle was used and maintained than by the Bronco's core appeal, so a careful inspection and service-history review matter.

What should I look for when buying a used Ford Bronco?

Across all model years, accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

Key things to evaluate:

• Safety package: Ford Co-Pilot360 on the 2025 Big Bend and higher trims
• Infotainment: a 12-inch touchscreen running Sync 4 with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
• Fuel efficiency: 18 mpg city, 21 mpg highway and 19 mpg combined; the automatic nets a 1-mpg increase in combined and highway fuel economy; the Bronco Raptor is rated at 15 mpg combined

Which Ford Bronco trim should I buy?

The 2025 Ford Bronco offers these trims:

• Bronco: The base trim gives you the Bronco's core off-road character and is the entry point for two- or four-door body styles.
• Big Bend: This is the best-value trim for many buyers, adding Ford Co-Pilot360 and serving as a smart upgrade over the base model.
• Outer Banks: This trim adds leather seating surfaces, a heated steering wheel, LED lighting, and available turbocharged V6 power.
• Heritage Edition: This version leans into the retro look and includes the Sasquatch package as standard equipment.
• Badlands: This trim adds bigger tires, an upgraded suspension package, a classier interior, and a front sway-bar disconnect for tougher trail use.
• Stroppe Edition: This two-door special edition is aimed at serious desert driving with a race-ready setup and distinctive styling.
• Raptor: The top performance model brings an ultra-wide body kit, huge tires, and dramatically lifted suspension.

What Ford Bronco do most buyers choose?

The Ford Bronco years with the most listings are 2024, 2023, and 2022.

Those higher-volume years tend to be popular because they give you more inventory to compare, which can make it easier to find the right trim, color, and price. They also often sit in the sweet spot between newer features and used-car savings.

What is the Ford Bronco's resale value?

The table shows broad downward movement across the Bronco lineup, which is good news if you're shopping used. The newest model years have seen the sharpest drops, while the older years have also moved down by roughly nine to ten percent.

The 2023, 2022, and 2021 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Is the Ford Bronco safe?

• 2025: 5/10
• 2024: 6/10
• 2023: 5/10
• 2022: 5/10
• 2021: 7/10

For the safest used buy, the 2021 model posts the highest confirmed score of 7/10.

Should I buy a used Ford Bronco now or wait for the next model?

Buy now if:

• Price trend: The 2025 model is at −16.51% versus a year ago, and the 2024 model is at −10.49%.
• Deal availability: The 2025 model has 34.5% good and great deals, and the 2024 model has 35.8%.
• Sweet-spot year: The 2024 model has the most listings at a current average price of $44,873. The Ford Bronco offers a distinctive retro-inspired design with genuine open-air appeal and serious off-road character.

Consider waiting if:

• Powertrain/efficiency: The base 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine spins out 300 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque, while an optional turbocharged 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 engine ups output to 330 hp and 415 lb-ft of torque.
• Tech: Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included, and a second 12-inch screen sits directly in front of the driver and serves as a digital gauge cluster.
• Safety: The 2025 Bronco Badlands, Heritage, Stroppe and Raptor include a more advanced 4WD system with an Automatic mode.
• Starting price: The 2025 Bronco starts at $40,990 in base trim with either two or four doors.

If you're buying used today, the 2024 model year offers the best mix of value and availability. If you want the latest tech and features, it may be worth waiting for the next model year's inventory to build up.
