How much does the Acura ZDX cost in today's market?
Used Acura ZDX prices span a wide range depending on model year. Here's what the market looks like right now:
| Model Year | Current Avg. Price | Year-Round Range |
|---|---|---|
| 2024 | $35,548 | $34,323 – $39,750 |
The Acura ZDX's current nationwide average price is $35,548, and its year-round low is $34,323.29. That puts recent pricing near the lower end of the model's annual span, which can make current listings especially worth a look. Recently, prices have come down for the 2024 models, making now a good time to shop recent model years.

Expert reviews rate the 2024 model among the highest across all years.
The main trade-offs called out in recent expert coverage are charging rates, quirky control placements, and interior plastics that feel less upscale than the rest of the cabin.
26.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
Are Acura ZDX models reliable?
Owners consistently rate the Acura ZDX very highly, and the available review summary points to a vehicle that delivers a rewarding driving experience with strong performance and a premium feel. Expert impressions also reinforce that the ZDX brings a comfortable cabin and polished technology to the table.
- Owners rate the Acura ZDX 5.0 out of 5 stars across all model years in the data.
For used buyers, long-term ownership risk looks tied more to individual vehicle history and charging/maintenance habits than to broad owner sentiment, so a careful pre-purchase inspection still matters.
What should I look for when buying a used Acura ZDX?
Across all model years, accident-free inventory is solid at 88.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.
| Model Year | Accident-Free % |
|---|---|
| 2025 | 93.3% |
| 2024 | 93.3% |
Key things to evaluate:
- Safety package: AcuraWatch on the A-Spec; AcuraWatch 360+ on the Type S, with more parking sensors, a semi-autonomous parking assist system, a rear pedestrian alert system, a surround-view camera, and Hands-Free Cruise.
- Infotainment: Google Built-in with a complimentary three-year subscription to Google Assistant, Google Maps, and apps via the Google Play store, plus wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Which Acura ZDX trim should I buy?
The 2024 Acura ZDX offers...
- A-Spec: This is the best-value choice if you want the core ZDX experience with sporty styling, 20-inch wheels, AcuraWatch, Google Built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the standard cabin touches that make the SUV feel upscale.
- Type S: Choose this if you want the most performance-focused version, with 22-inch wheels, a black-painted roof, AcuraWatch 360+, Hands-Free Cruise, adaptive air suspension, larger brakes, and the strongest output in the lineup.
What Acura ZDX do most buyers choose?
The Acura ZDX years with the most listings are 2025, 2024, and 2026.
| Model Year | Total Listings | Good + Great Deals % |
|---|---|---|
| 2025 | 149 | 28.9% |
| 2024 | 149 | 28.9% |
| 2026 | 0 |
Those higher-volume years tend to draw the most shoppers because they give you more inventory to compare and a better chance of finding the right color, trim, and price. When supply is strongest, you usually get a wider spread of deal quality too.
What is the Acura ZDX's resale value?
| Model Year | Current Avg. Price | Year-Over-Year Change |
|---|---|---|
| 2024 | $35,548 | −10.58% |
Prices are moving lower, which can work in your favor if you're shopping used. The table shows a clear drop in current pricing versus a year ago, so buyers may find better entry points than they would have previously. The 2024 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

For me none as I was acceptable to the basic Acura features at first but when I seen the Advance model they have. it was a deal breaker in wishing for, as it has a lot of features coolin seats and has two sunroof’s and can not forget the comfort and sport mode also heated mirrors and phone link Bluetooth connectivity and blink spot warning signals it’s a all in one Dreamer for me as it is my Dream SUV been since almost the time new of it and seen in person.

The one thing I would like to see added is the ability to record video like in Tesla vehicles. I compared this model to Tesla model X, BMW IX, Mercedes EVs, Cadillac Lyric, and Lucid EVs.

This was the best car ever made. Ecstatic about everything. VTEC 300 HP, advance package, like a Japanese muscle car, best body and design. You feel like youre driving a luxury space pod. Shes the best. ZDX for life.

I would buy this car again, if you have a small family. This car is perfect, has the power to tow and has SH AWD. Handles like a sports car and is very stylish on the interior and exterior. Does pretty good on gas, for a v6.

Why it stands out
The 2024 Acura ZDX stands out as Acura’s fast path into the electric luxury SUV market, built through a partnership with General Motors that uses GM’s Ultium EV platform and component set. That foundation gives it a place in the two-row electric luxury SUV segment, while Acura-specific design and details help separate it from GM-branded electric SUVs. It is also sourced from GM’s Spring Hill, Tennessee, assembly plant.
What makes the 2024 Acura ZDX appealing is the mix of style, comfort, and technology. The available test-drive impressions describe it as stylish, comfortable, and impressive on the tech front, which makes it easy to see why it would attract buyers looking for a premium electric SUV with a distinctive look and feel. At the same time, it is not without drawbacks: charging rates are unimpressive, some control placements are quirky, and the interior plastics are described as cheap.
