Should I buy a 2026 BMW 2 Series or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 40.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It offers a more affordable entry point with standard all-wheel drive and strong cargo space.

The bottom line: Choose the 2026 if you want the more traditional coupe experience and a strong mix of performance and equipment. If your priority is spending less, the 2025 is the better secondary path because it gives you a lower-cost way into the BMW name while still delivering sporty appeal.
