Used 2025 Acura RDX for Sale nearBend, OR

How much does the 2025 Acura RDX cost?

Prices have softened 7.96% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,699 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2025 Acura RDX a good car?

The 2025 Acura RDX earns a 7.33/10 expert rating, and its strongest category is Cost effectiveness at 10/10.

The standout strength is Cost effectiveness at 10/10.

The overview and expert evaluation both point to a compact luxury crossover that stays appealing by refining a familiar formula rather than reinventing it. You get updated styling details, a new wireless charging pad, and improved Apple CarPlay and Android Auto presentation, while the driving experience remains a highlight. The trade-offs are clear: frustrating infotainment controls and poor fuel economy are the main drawbacks, and the back seat is also a weak point.

That combination makes the RDX a strong fit if you want style, value, and an enjoyable driving experience, and you’re willing to live with some cabin-tech compromises. 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there’s meaningful room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Acura RDX reliable?

The 2025 Acura RDX is presented as a familiar, well-developed model that keeps its appeal through incremental updates rather than major changes. The expert evaluation emphasizes quality, interior space, practicality, and thoughtful details, which supports the case for steady day-to-day dependability.

Its performance notes also point to a robust turbocharged 2.0-liter engine, a 10-speed automatic, and SH-AWD, all of which suggest a mature powertrain setup. The cost-effectiveness commentary adds that the RDX can be pleasing to live with over time if you can accept the infotainment system’s shortcomings.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that the same strengths that make it appealing can be offset by fuel costs and cabin-tech frustration, so you should buy with your eyes open to those running-cost and usability trade-offs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Acura RDX?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-trim example with more equipment. Focus on overall condition, interior wear, and whether the tech and driver-assistance systems behave the way you expect during a test drive.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The RDX is available in a base level of specification with Technology, A-Spec, Advance, or A-Spec Advance packages. The base setup gets the standard panoramic glass sunroof and quality interior materials, but if you want more upscale cabin treatment, the top A-Spec Advance adds full leather upholstery. The A-Spec treatment also brings a sportier look, though its gauges can be harder to read at a glance.
• Powertrain: Every RDX uses a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 272 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic and SH-AWD. The setup is lively and responsive, but the engine’s thirst is a real consideration if you drive a lot.
• Safety package: AcuraWatch is standard and includes forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, lane-centering assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and adaptive cruise control. Low-speed front and rear braking is not on the base RDX, and the surround-view camera system is reserved for the Advance and A-Spec Advance.
• Infotainment: The dashboard display is 10.2 inches, and it is not a touchscreen. You get wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, and Alexa Built-in, plus SiriusXM and AcuraLink connected services with a Wi-Fi hotspot. All versions except the base model add navigation and an Acura/ELS Studio premium sound system.
• Fuel efficiency: The official EPA fuel economy rating is 23 mpg in combined driving, and the expert evaluation notes 19.3 mpg on a mountainous driving loop.

Which 2025 Acura RDX trim should I buy?

The 2025 Acura RDX is offered in 5 trim levels: base, Technology, A-Spec, Advance, and A-Spec Advance.

Here's the short version:

• base: This is the entry point if you want the RDX’s core strengths without paying for extras. It still gives you the standard turbocharged engine, SH-AWD, AcuraWatch, and the panoramic glass sunroof, but it skips navigation, the premium audio system, and low-speed front and rear braking.
• Technology: This is the best-value choice for many shoppers because it adds the navigation system and Acura/ELS Studio premium sound system while staying below the more appearance- or comfort-focused upper trims.
• A-Spec: Choose this if you want the sportier look, including gloss black exterior accents and a more aggressive presentation. Just know that the A-Spec gauges can be harder to read, and it’s more about style than performance.
• Advance: This is the comfort-oriented step up, and it adds features such as low-speed front and rear braking and the surround-view camera system. It’s the better pick if you want more convenience and parking help.
• A-Spec Advance: This is the most fully equipped version, combining the A-Spec appearance with Advance-package upgrades. It also adds full leather upholstery, making it the top choice if you want the most upscale cabin.

Only the Advance and A-Spec Advance get the surround-view camera system, while low-speed front and rear braking is not available on the base RDX.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Acura RDX?

The market looks moderately favorable if you’re a selective buyer.

• Deal availability: 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,699 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.96% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $41,873, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Acura RDX's resale value?

The current average of $41,873 sits slightly below last year's $45,494.

That price movement suggests the RDX has softened enough to help you buy more selectively today. If you’re a future seller, it also means you should expect resale value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and trim, since the market is currently rewarding well-kept examples more than average ones.

Because the year-over-year change is negative, a clean, well-optioned RDX should still be easier to move than a rough one, but you may not get the same return you would have seen when prices were higher. For that reason, buying at the right price matters if you want to protect your eventual resale position.

Is the 2025 Acura RDX safe?

The 2025 Acura RDX earned a Top Safety Pick rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) and a five-star overall crash-test rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

AcuraWatch is the standard driver-assistance suite, and it includes forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, lane-centering assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and adaptive cruise control. Higher trims also offer low-speed front and rear braking and a surround-view camera system.

One caveat is that the lane-assist systems were described as irritating during evaluation, and the adaptive cruise control could struggle to smoothly maintain a proper following distance. If you’re sensitive to driver-assistance behavior, that’s worth checking on your test drive.

Should I buy a 2025 Acura RDX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.96% compared with last year.
• The 2025 model adds subtle styling updates, a new wireless charging pad, improved Apple CarPlay and Android Auto presentation, and full leather upholstery on the top A-Spec Advance trim.

The bottom line: If you want the freshest version of this familiar RDX formula, the 2025 is the one to target because it layers in useful updates without changing the core strengths. If your priority is simply getting the lowest possible price, a nearby model year may be worth a look, but the 2025’s softer pricing and strong inventory make it the better all-around shopping target right now.
