Used 2024 Honda Prologue for Sale near Michigan

How much does the 2024 Honda Prologue cost?

There are 544 listings available, which suggests you have a workable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Honda Prologue a good car?

The 2024 Honda Prologue earns an 7.83/10 expert rating, and Honda positions it as a familiar, approachable EV rather than a radical departure from the brand’s usual formula.

The standout strength is Performance at 9/10.

It is described as comfortable, attractive, and easy to live with, with stylish design and impressive technology among its strengths. That makes sense if you want an EV that feels conventional and user-friendly instead of experimental. The main trade-offs are that some favorite features are not standard and every trim comes with large wheels.

There are 38.8% good or great deals in the market, so you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Honda Prologue reliable?

The 2024 Honda Prologue is presented as a mainstream, familiar Honda EV, and that approachable design philosophy carries into how it’s described overall: comfortable, restrained, and aimed at making electric driving feel easy rather than complicated.

Its performance setup is straightforward, with single-motor front-wheel-drive and dual-motor all-wheel-drive configurations, and the driving character is described as familiar and easy to transition into if this is your first EV. Honda also includes a charging-package choice with new purchases, which can help you tailor ownership to home charging or public charging needs.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that battery condition and charging history matter more than they would on a conventional gas SUV, so you should pay close attention to how the vehicle was charged and how much warranty coverage remains.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Honda Prologue?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on an EV where battery condition, charging behavior, and software-related features can affect day-to-day ownership. Focus on overall condition, charging accessories, and whether the vehicle has been used mostly for home charging or frequent DC fast charging.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The EX is the most basic version, while Touring and Elite add more comfort and convenience equipment. The base trim also misses some features that appear higher up the range, so compare equipment carefully if you want the best value.
• Powertrain: The Prologue is available with either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The single-motor setup is the efficiency play, while the dual-motor setup adds more power and standard AWD on the Elite.
• Safety package: Honda Sensing is standard, and it includes rear cross-traffic braking and blind-zone steering assist. Front-park assist is not available on the EX, while the surround-vision system and rear pedestrian alert are Elite-only.
• Infotainment: The Prologue uses an 11.3-inch infotainment screen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Google Built-In, and a standard wireless charger. The Elite also adds a head-up display.
• Range & charging: The front-wheel-drive setup is rated for 296 miles of range, while the all-wheel-drive version on 19-inch wheels is rated for 281 miles. The Elite’s 21-inch wheels reduce range to 273 miles. Honda also includes charging-package choices with new purchases, including public charging credits, a home charger option, or a portable charger option.
• Battery health: On a used EV, you should check battery state-of-health, confirm whether the car has mostly been charged at home or relied heavily on DC fast charging, and verify how much of the battery warranty remains.

Which 2024 Honda Prologue trim should I buy?

The 2024 Honda Prologue is offered in 3 trim levels: EX, Touring, and Elite.

Here's the short version:

• EX: This is the value-oriented choice if you want the Prologue’s core EV experience, standard wireless smartphone integration, and the most efficient range figure. It gives you the basics without stepping too far up in price.
• Touring: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds more comfort and convenience while keeping the Prologue’s approachable character. If you want a nicer daily driver without jumping to the top trim, this is the one to focus on.
• Elite: Choose this if you want the most equipment, including the most upscale interior touches and the extra tech features reserved for the top trim. It is the right pick if you want the most complete Prologue experience.

Honda Sensing is standard, but front-park assist is not available on the EX, while the surround-vision system and rear pedestrian alert are Elite-only.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Honda Prologue?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 38.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 544 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.37% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $25,983, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Honda Prologue's resale value?

The current average of $26,832 sits slightly below last year's $28,659.

That price movement suggests the market has softened, which can help you as a buyer now but may also mean future resale values stay under pressure if supply remains healthy. If you plan to sell later, the Prologue’s value will likely depend on mileage, battery condition, trim level, and how well the vehicle has been maintained.

For a future seller, the current trend is a reminder that EV pricing can move quickly. A well-kept example with desirable equipment and strong battery health should hold up better than one with heavy use or visible wear.

Is the 2024 Honda Prologue safe?

The 2024 Honda Prologue is too new to have been rated by IIHS or NHTSA as of this writing, though Honda says it is targeting Top Safety Pick+ and five-star overall ratings.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Honda Sensing is standard, and the suite includes automatic emergency braking, forward collision alert, adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, rear cross-traffic braking, and blind-zone steering assist. Front-park assist is not available on the EX, while the surround-vision system and rear pedestrian alert are Elite-only.

Should I buy a 2024 Honda Prologue or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 38.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.37% compared with last year.
• The 2024 stands out as Honda’s first stateside EV and first fully electric SUV, with a comfortable, approachable character and strong expert praise for its performance and usability.

The bottom line: If you want the Prologue’s first-year appeal, the 2024 is the one to target because it combines a softer market, strong inventory quality, and Honda’s newest EV package. If you are especially price-sensitive, keep shopping for the cleanest, best-equipped example rather than stretching for a newer model year unless the newer car is priced very close.
