Very very bad. Made me drive for an hour 12 mins, just to be told “this vehicle is not ready”. I called first, the receptionist said “hold on let me see if this listing is still available”. Then she comes back to say “yes this vehicle is available “. On arrival, “this vehicle is not here yet, would you like to see another vehicle?”. That was a month ago. Even up to last week that I finally bought my vehicle, the vehicle was still not ready yet. Scammers

On the carguru site it says this dealership will work with you to be “contactless”. They let me test drive without someone else in the car but they failed on test drive at home (just didn’t show up and didn’t call to let me know they weren’t coming) and price negotiation from home (required on site negotiations at the dealership.)

It was terrible, l would not recommend your company to anyone l know,,the car price originally was 21 thousand dollars, after Terry added everything up the price jump up to 25 thousand dollars, l was so mad that l got up and walk out,,don't go there are you will be screw,,,,

They did great with my pricing, and getting me in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car. I only thing was I wished they would’ve changed the oil but that’s more of a complimentary thing for me though.

the sales manager assigned a salesman to me. That salesman has not been at all helpful about finding the vehicle I was looking for.

The car was brought down from Show Low to Phoenix The driver spent over an hour to demonstrate the new features for the car. They earned the 5 star rating and more. The price advertised was the price of the car. The car was nice and clean. My wife asked about the new car smell. I would gladly recommend Hatch Toyota to anyone.

Overall satisfied with the way I treated. However the car I went there to see was sold and nobody told me. That’s really the only negative I thing I have to say. They do have plenty of cars in stock and I was treated very well.

My experience was as you would expect from a car dealership. Great test drive even though the salesperson came with us. Probably not the best idea with civic. Tough negotiations. We wound up not buying the car. It was a fair deal but not a good deal. We found a better deal. Good dealership though.

I wanted to know the color of the vehicle. They responded with complete information on the car (including the color) and then persisted in contacting me multiple times to discuss the vehicle. I found their persistence in contacting me multiple times extremely annoying so am reluctant to contact them in the future.

Ryan, my salesman, was very helpful. Made the purchase process easy, even from out of state.

Favorite experience buying a car. Chris was great to work with even though my bank had a few hiccups. I also have two littles, so I wanted to get in and out of a dealership and not deal with BS for hours, and we were done in like 30ish mins! I’d def buy a car from them again!
