I accidentally activated the "Send Message" control. (Intended to let them know the truck wasn't really a manual, but there is no means of generating a "message".) They called me back the next morning. (Of course it was way too early for the West Coast.) But they did their part.

My experiece was terrible after we receive by email on 4/7/2021 a price of $ 24,689.00 for a Jeep Cherokee Latitud MD 189288 we arrive at Lander Jeep Norman OK with my son, he drove the Jeep and like it and we decide to go to the office to close the deal and make a check for the value and we find they did not want respect the price $24,689.00 sent by email wich is a marked lack of seriusness and wasting our time.

Made an appt. to see a vehicle, called the morning of to confirm, vehicle was still available. Then received a call stating the vehicle had sold. I had asked prior if I should put a deposit down and the salesman told me it wasn't nesessary, that is someone showed interest in it he would call and then I could put a deposit down

Salesman provided excellent service and response time. Finance Mgr tried to play games with price. At first they applied an $1895 ‘reconditioning fee’ to the internet sales price alleging it was a necessary cost to get vehicle ready for sale. Then they wanted to apply extra $1000 once they realized we had our own lower finance rate thru personal credit Union. Buyers need to be aware of their purchasing power prior to entering the finance office.

Sales Representative very friendly, knowledgeable helpful and explained everything to my understanding and guidance very smooth and perfect. Very happy to all the attention in getting what I'm looking for.

Doug took over and did a terrific job and clearly understood I didn’t want any surprises on the total cost to buy. Two other dealerships in other parts of the country tried to add costs in at the end. One tried to add the $1695 destination charge that was part of the MSRP that they advertised they were $11,000 under and the other tried to add on a $3000 ‘Covid’ package a d a $999 dealer fee. Said goodbye to both of them!
