Used 2019 Chevrolet Traverse for Sale nearTucson, AZ

How much does the 2019 Chevrolet Traverse cost?

Prices have softened 10.76% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,268 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2019 Chevrolet Traverse a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Chevrolet Traverse earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its spaciousness, dependability, and comfort features, and the model’s family-focused three-row layout makes it especially appealing if you want room for passengers and cargo. It also stands out for straightforward technology and generous standard equipment, which fits well if you want a practical, easy-to-live-with SUV. With 31.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is meaningful market opportunity if you shop carefully.

Is the 2019 Chevrolet Traverse reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback highlights dependability, and the review summary also points to a trouble-free ownership experience for many shoppers. That matters if you want a used SUV you can count on for family duty and everyday use. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is finding a vehicle whose condition varies more than the rating suggests, so maintenance history still deserves close attention.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Chevrolet Traverse?

At 64.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any reported damage was repaired properly. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on body condition, signs of uneven wear, and whether the cabin and cargo area show the kind of use you would expect from a family SUV. Because this model is valued for space and comfort, make sure the seats, climate controls, and cargo area all work as intended.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Chevrolet Traverse?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay disciplined.

• Deal availability: 31.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,268 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.76% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 64.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $17,371, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Chevrolet Traverse's resale value?

The current average of $17,374 sits slightly below last year's $19,470.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, that also means resale value may depend more on condition, mileage, and documentation than on broad market momentum. Well-kept examples should still attract family buyers because the Traverse’s space and practicality remain core selling points.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 31.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 64.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.76% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $15,216, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $17,374 average.
• It offers a strong mix of space, practicality, and value.

The bottom line: If you want the better-balanced choice, the 2019 is the stronger pick because it combines a solid user rating, a lower current price than last year, and plenty of inventory to compare. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2018 is the better secondary path, especially if you find one in clean condition with the features you want.
