Shady. Called several times to make an appointment to see the car. They would not schedule an appointment. Drove out to see the car on my own and the vehicle wasn’t even at the dealership...they said the dealership owner kept it at home for “ insurance purposes.” They then tried to get me to write up an offer and said they would bring the car back to the dealership the next day, after I signed the offer. They should be reported to BBB.

They called back immediately, someone else bought the car.

Answer questions quickly

Like the review below, only a man named Ronnie saved me from driving 40 minutes to have my trade in appraised and a test drive. They were going to try and bait and switch me, multiple people contacting me, just how the dealer hustle works. All someone had to do was BE HONEST, tell me the car was sold. As many reviews below state, that is not how these people do business. John Mc Carthy please save your B.S. response.

Lots of communication through emails with two reps, but no deal was made in the end. I was invited to test drive the vehicle, but when I contacted them the next day to make an appointment, I was told that the car had been “recently sold”. Hmmmmm. The 2 stars are basically for their timely responses and polite emails, otherwise I’m all set with this dealership.

After going to multiple dealerships and not always being treated with respect or kindness (assuming because I was pre-approved from my bank so I did not need outside financing) I found the perfect car here and Phil P was awesome, he was kind and so helpful. I want to thank Phil and the rest of the staff for their kindness and willingness for a seamless transaction!

The owner, finance guy & Arturo my sales person were awesome. My only complaint was we were there from 11:30-5:00. Because Arturo was selling to 3 people at once. I can't be too angry because he was getting his hussle on. He closed all 3 sales.

The dealership staff was responsive and courteous, but the vehicle description was not accurate, and was not ready for test driving seeing. Not very clean, including the rear window of the jeep was not in the tailgate bar, and the rear car was wet.

This model was sold before I arrived at the dealership so they worked with me and actually got me into a better truck for roughly the same price after negotiation.

Overpriced, car had one fob with no key. Wanted to give a 75.00 dollar credit. That wouldn’t have covered a fob plus programming. I will not go back. Ever.

The team at Faulkner bent over backwards to get us into the Nissan that we wanted. Their facilities were as clean as an operating room.

I put a deposit on a F250 to hold for me so I could come see it. Got a callback about 15 minutes later that someone else had already put a deposit on the truck. The truck was sold before I could get to it. Tony Rodregez was good to let me know it was sold before I took a long drive to go see it. They need to know if someone has put a deposit on a vehicle before they get a deposit and hopes up from someone else.

YES IT WAS GOOD. I found out my car was not a total loss and is being repaired so I have decided to stop looking at this point for another car. Otherwise the response was very quick, I assume they didn't want to miss out on a sale.
