Woman on phone was not very helpful. I asked for the total cost of the vehicle including dealer fees And she would not tell me she just referred me to look it up on my own on the website. I told her I would like to pay cash for the vehicle and she told me that wasn’t an option that I would have to finance it. Very disappointed in my experience and ended up buying the exact car from a different dealer who is extremely helpful

My experience was not good at all, they told me that the van I was interested in was available and when I got to tomball they said that they had just sold it in the morning and I asked why they gave me the appointment to go and they said they had not noticed that had already been sold but a week before my husband and I also looked at another one in tomball and it happened exactly the same thing that had been sold a few hours before too

Terrible service, unethical business practice. Tried to buy this Lotus Evora from them with my own financing. I was in the process of signing paperwork with my bank and then they try to tell me the car is sold but yet here it is for sale still.

Traveled 400 miles to learn not certified and same 14,000 mile tires on vehicle - said they dropped price by $5,000 - then why no new tires ? Friendly but not forth right ??

The Owner and his son were very helpful and went out of there way to make the shopping and buying experience easy and quick. They have a good inventory of clean late model Cars , Trucks and SUV's to choose from at reasonable prices I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean used vehicle to check with Bravo & Sons auto center too see if they have what you are looking for , if not see if they can find you what you want.

Ira Toyota contacted me right away and set up an appt to test drive the car, Gerry was very nice and I actually bought a different car from their lot that had come up on Cargurus that day. The experience was good from start to finish, I would go back!

They didnt have the cars thats were listed. They seemed all over the place with invintory two cars i was going to test drive needed to be jumped i only test drove one and it died on me 1 min after pulling out.

I contacted the dealer asking if a car was available and they said it was. I even arranged financing before going to see it. A notification of that is sent to the dealer to which they responded the car was sold. All that happened within about an hour or so. It's been a week and they still have the car listed! My guess is they're more interested in getting you there and selling you a car than selling you the car you're interested in!

The car I was originally looking for was already sold. But they helped me buy another car that they had on the lot. They where very helpful & I informative. And I drove off with a better Dodge Charger.....

Lied they had the car. Arrived and it was already sold. Drove over an hour to get there just to drive an 11/2 hours home in traffic. What a waste! I hate dealers like this.

They put a label and price of a "value addition" 2019 Hyundai Elantra on an SEL model. I drove an hour and half to their location just to be told this was a typo. Yeah sure
