Great service

I was contacted next day and vehicle was parked in front of showroom on my arrival for test drive. Couple of back and forth offers and truck is in my driveway.

I asked for current pictures, but he said they didn't have any at the time. Never got back to with me about the truck. Had a friend go to the dealership to get pictures for me, but the vehicle was at another location.

I call and the lady was very nice but they had sold the car 45 min. before my call was made . And a couple days later she call me back to see if i had bought a car. It was nice of her to ask

Tom Henry was great to deal with ,, unlike other dealers I didnt have to wait around the whole day to make things happen . They were fair with my trade and sold me a car at the right price .

I scheduled an appointment late on a Saturday and salesman Mark Keene was more than accommodating. His no pressure approach was great and really made me feel comfortable. We were unable to make a deal but I would seek him out again if the opportunity arose. Baglier is a dealership you can trust with confidence.

The sales associate Eric Flater was very nice and understanding. He’s definitely the guy I would buy a car from. The dealer just didn’t have anything in my price range.

Response online was OUTSTANDING. After making an appointment it really appeared like no one knew I was coming. 20 minutes to find the keys. I just lost my interest in this deal and walked away.

They are not great communicators, I asked a question regarding the total price and they evaded the question multiple times. i expect they had hidden fees they didn't want to disclose although i cant be sure.

I bought the Tacoma from Ken at Choice. Ken was the reason I bought the truck. No pressure and worked with me on making my decision.

I did not talk to them. They did reach out though in good time
