Steve the salesman was pleasant. Unfortunately the car was dirty and had a cigarette burn on the seat.

This dealer was helpful but they do not clean the cars when they get them .. I looked at this car and it was filthy dirty inside and out . I also looked at a few other cars and they were all the same . Hard to buy when there not clean in the inside .

applied for credit on there web site got approved then they said they couldn't sell that car to me because it needed to much work they said it was a project car mean while I get an inquire on my credit score that's not the way to advertise or do business that's called bate and switch now what do I do about my credit score

The original truck we wanted was already sold. They had a 2018 that was being detailed that they sold us for a thousand more. They were straightforward no games sold us the 2018 with no add ons. Only had one key and no floor mats which was disappointing. Location and building needs updating. Over all made a good deal

We found another truck and another dealer. But Metro Auto Loan was very responsive and answered my questions before hand.

Courteous, large selection, no haggle. However, several things that we were told were not correct. We were about 5 miles from the dealership after our purchase and several warning lights went on. The dealer had the vehicle for several days. When picked it, again, several warning lights went off. The vehicle was good price. We're not happy with the service and are not likely to return.

Marking up cars that most other dealers aren't, low offers on trade in and not willing to even discuss prices. Save your time and go elsewhere.

William helped us. He mad the process of buying the truck very simple. He gave us the information we needed and since were pre-approved for the loan. We drove out of the dealer with the truck we want in matter of an hour and half.

Stay AWAY! We drive there and test drove this vehicle only to find out that this advertised price was FALSE! They have added some “special package” for almost $2000 more. The cars condition was a little beat up for 1 year old.

Scumbags! Offered to beat competitors but when it was time to make a deal and pay the deposit to secure said deal, they raised the price and told me “oh, that was yesterday”

Was shopping around trying to get quotes. They said my credit was weak(755) and that my rate would be around 6 or 8 percent and said I wouldn’t find a better rate anywhere else and my monthly payments would’ve been outrageous. Lucky I shopped around more and found a cheaper quote with a 3% rate and a much lower monthly payment.

They took over a week to get back in touch with me. They refused to run a credit report for me, said I need to send in my proof of income first.other dealerships I’ve been to said it wasn’t necessary they just wanted to give me a hard time.

I had a 2 hr drive from loss Angeles. I got thir they did not have the trunk they said they could not find it . I did not want a newer truck. I got mad and left.

Was all set up to buy, signed paperwork. But they wanted me to get my bank to wire them all $48,000 for the vehicle. That seemed very sketchy. No bank will do that. The bank needs to know they have something to hold against the loan (ie the vehicle). So I tried to purchase the vehicle the only way the bank would let me and they said that was fine. I turned in all the paperwork and then they never called me back. I called and called. Nothing.

This dealer was quick and easy to deal with. I ended up buying my suv from them.
